This meditation is intended to lead you to complete mental and physical well-being.

You will feel a profound sensation of relaxation,

Calm and renewal by picturing healing energy flowing through your body and mind.

You will feel calm,

Centered and grateful.

The practice helps you let go of stress,

Worry and negative thoughts.

I want you to consider a brief affirmation or resolution that connects with you before we start.

You should find inspiration and purpose in this phrase.

You will say this affirmation three times at the start and three times at the end of the practice to anchor it in your body and mind.

Take a seat or lie down in a posture that's comfortable and then relax.

Breathe deeply,

Using your nose to inhale and your mouth to exhale and let any tension in your body dissolve.

Bring your attention to your breathing while you unwind.

Take a few deep,

Calm breaths while focusing on how your breath enters and exits your body.

Make your resolution right away.

Be consistent.

Set your resolution in place and don't change it.

If the soil is ideal,

The resolution will undoubtedly come true.

Three times state yourself with feeling and awareness.

Now imagine yourself at the entrance of a labyrinth of tall trees,

Brilliantly colored flowers and plants with delightful scents abound the sky.

Peace and quiet fill the air and you can hear the sound of a gentle stream flowing nearby.

Begin to walk through the garden,

Feeling the soft grass beneath your feet and the warm sun on your skin.

As you walk,

You notice the details of each flower and leaf and you feel a sense of wonder and gratitude of the natural beauty surrounding you.

As you continue to walk,

You come to a clearing in the garden and there is a shimmering pond.

The water is clear and blue and you can see fish swimming beneath the surface.

Sit by the pond and take a deep breath,

Feeling a sense of calm and relaxation wash over you.

Visualize a bright radiant light at the center of your being.

This light represents your inner healing power,

Steady and mind in achieving perfect health.

As you breathe in,

See the light expanding and growing brighter.

As you continue to breathe,

Allow yourself to feel a sense of peace and relaxation in your mind.

Imagine this light of healing flowing through your thoughts and emotions,

Releasing any stress,

Anxiety or negative thoughts.

Now visualize healing energy entering your body from the pond.

Imagine the energy filling you up and removing whatever mental or physical discomfort you might be going through.

Take a minute to consider your path to perfect health while you relax by the pond.

Imagine yourself enjoying a long,

Healthy life that's full of vitality and joy.

Visualize yourself engaging in the activities you enjoy while being supported and loved by others around you.

Now you should remember your resolve and repeat it three times with maximum feeling and awareness.

Three times.

When you are ready,

Take a deep breath and slowly open your eyes.

Take a moment to thank yourself for taking the time to care for your well-being.

Remember that you are deserving of perfect health and you have the power to breathe.
