Before we begin,

Please ensure that you are in a safe and comfortable space where you will not be disturbed.

This meditation is designed to guide you into a deeply relaxed state,

So it is important that you do not listen to this while driving,

Operating heavy machinery or engaging in any activities requiring your full attention.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down,

And allow yourself this time to fully relax and focus on your well-being.

When you're ready,

Gently close your eyes.

Let's take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

With each breath,

Feel yourself letting go of the day,

Sinking deeper into this moment.

Now imagine yourself standing at the edge of a beautiful forest.

The air is crisp,

Cool and refreshing.

You can hear the gentle rustle of leaves as a soft breeze weaves through the trees.

The scent of pine and earth fill your senses,

Grounding you in this tranquil space.

As I count down from ten,

Allow yourself to walk deeper into this serene forest.

With each number,

Feel yourself letting go of tension and stepping closer to calm.

Ten,

Taking the first step onto the soft forest floor.

Nine,

Feeling the weight of the day lifting away.

Eight,

Noticing the dappled sunlight filtering through the trees.

Seven,

Hearing the gentle calls of birds in the distance.

Six,

Feeling lighter,

Calmer,

More at ease.

Five,

Deeper into relaxation.

Four,

A wave of peace washing over you.

Three,

Knowing this moment is just for you.

Two,

Almost there.

One,

Completely relaxed here in your forest sanctuary.

See yourself at that threshold of the forest where all the trees are gently swaying in the breeze.

And with each breath that you take,

Feel the fresh forest air filling your lungs,

Calming your mind and body.

And notice the earthy scent of pine and moss.

The smell is so good,

It grounds you.

As you walk deeper into the forest,

Imagine your worries and tension falling away with each step,

Left behind on the path like the leaves that are falling off the trees.

Soon you come to a clearing bathed in warm sunlight.

And at its center,

There's a small stream,

Its water sparkling as it flows over smooth stones.

Kneel beside it and imagine the stream carrying away all that no longer serves you.

Carrying away stress,

Carrying away tension,

Carrying away worry.

Just washing them downstream and out of your life.

Now visualize a warm golden light descending from above.

It envelops you,

Filling you with a sense of renewal and peace.

And as the light flows through you,

Silently repeat after me.

I am calm.

I am strong.

I am free.

Let each affirmation sink deeper into your heart with every breath that you take.

Spend a few moments here,

Basking in this radiant light,

Feeling lighter and more at ease with each passing second.

And I will guide you back in a few moments.

Ready to return,

Gently bring your awareness back to the forest.

Hear the gentle rustle of leaves,

Feel the ground beneath your feet.

And take a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs with the crisp forest air.

Exhale gently and fully.

As I count up from one to five,

You will gradually come back to the present moment,

Feeling refreshed and at peace.

One,

Slowly becoming aware of your surroundings.

Two,

Gently moving your fingers and toes.

Three,

Feeling energy returning to your physical body.

Four,

Stretching gently if it feels good.

Five,

Opening your eyes when you're ready,

Feeling fully present and grounded.
