This is a guided breathing exercise to activate your life force within and to live in your healthiest and most organic state.
Beginning by finding yourself somewhere comfortable.
You may be seated or lying down for this meditation.
When you find that space,
Beginning first by bringing awareness to your breath.
Noticing the inhales and the exhales.
Noticing naturally where they exist.
Bring one hand to your stomach,
The other hand to your heart.
And see if you can breathe into these spaces.
I am going to offer an opportunity to explore deeper with this breath.
Breathing into your nose,
Feeling it all the way out to your belly.
Bringing it up to your heart and exhaling letting go.
Riding this breath like a wave,
Inhaling.
Breathing into your belly,
Into your personal power.
Standing strong in the world.
Bringing it up to your heart,
Feeling the love,
The expansiveness.
And letting go of all the things that you don't need.

No pausing on the exhale,
Just following your breath.
With every inhale,
Feel yourself charging up with potential,
With optimism,
With help.
And as you exhale,
Allow yourself to let go,
To reset,
To forgive.

If you begin to feel tingles in your face or your forehead or in your extremities,
That's okay.
This practice is bringing oxygen to all the areas that need it.
It's bringing health and vitality to all the areas of yourself that need it.
So let's go as deeply as we'd like to.

To every section of your heart.
