Give yourself five minutes to be held in calm presence. This guided meditation is a soft invitation to pause, breathe deeply, and feel supported. With gentle encouragement, you’ll be guided to release tension, extend your exhales, and rest in the stillness between breaths. The experience is both grounding and uplifting — like sitting with a loving friend who reminds you it’s safe to slow down. Each moment leads you closer to ease, helping you let go of stress and return to the simple joy of being here. Whether you’re lying down, seated, or simply taking a quiet pause, this practice offers a natural, soothing reset you can return to whenever you need some peace.

Namaste my friends,

Welcome.

I want to invite you to grab a seat,

To lay down,

Or if neither of these things are available to you,

To simply slow down and let the energy of meditation encompass you,

Whatever you're doing.

It's amazing that you're showing up.

Start by giving yourself credit,

And then feeling whatever is below you reach up to support you,

Whether it's,

You know,

The earth,

The ground,

The floor,

Your seat,

If you're lying in bed.

Allow it to rise up and meet you and hold you,

And begin to surrender.

Just begin to notice how you feel.

It's different every day.

Give yourself time to check in.

Notice your breath.

Feel yourself supported.

Slowly begin to extend your exhales,

Letting out every bit of stagnant air,

Releasing,

Allowing,

Surrendering.

I encourage you to take the deepest breath you've taken all day.

Let's do that again.

Inhaling into all of your edges,

Expanding,

Pausing between inhale and exhale,

And releasing.

Continue breathing,

Extending each breath,

Savoring each moment,

The expansion in the inhale,

The release in the exhale,

Then the small moment of bliss in between each.

I invite you into your own paradise,

Your own space,

Your own self,

To relax the body that moves you through everything.

The one that tends to hold tension,

Apprehension.

It's safe to lay it down here,

Breathing,

Releasing.

This is the present moment.

It's always waiting for you.

It's always here.

Ready for you to reconnect.

I will journey with you to it as often as you need.

Take another deep breath,

And release.

You're doing amazing.

Namaste,

My friends.
