I invite you to find a comfortable seated,

Standing,

Or laying position.

Your eyes can be opened or closed.

Tune into your hands.

The position of your hands at this moment is perfect.

Just so long as you are comfortable.

Now imagine being 10% more comfortable.

Move.

Bring into your mind feelings of being surrounded by protection.

Light.

Love.

Complete acceptance.

Approval.

Trust.

You are safe.

Any sensations that arise will be counterbalanced by this suit of protection.

And safety that is snuggling you right now.

Stay here in this space of awareness and acceptance and know you can conjure up these sensations at any time.

Bravely bring into your awareness a time you felt loss.

Rejection.

Ignored.

Judged.

Humiliated.

Or any other emotion or experience that you have previously ignored.

Imagine holding this experience in the palm of your hand.
