Rooted to the ground.
Continue to take deep breaths in.
Please focus on your breathing and how your breathing feels.
Now think of your favorite color and let it simplify a positive thing into your day to day life.
Let that color symbolize and bring positive things in you.
When you exhale,
Think of your favorite color and think of this color.
When you exhale,
Imagine a color that you don't like.
Let that color symbolize the negative things in your day to day life.
Continue to breath in deeply,
Focusing on the color that you chose and out.
