Hello,

My name is Kennedy from Africa,

You go project.

Welcome to your gratitude meditation.

Start by getting comfortable sitting position in your sit,

In your car or get a cushion.

Rest your hand on your lobs on top of your chair.

Get a sense of your surrounding.

Take a breath in,

As you exhale feel your feet or your sitting bones,

Ground and down on the floor.

And continue to breath in through your nose and out through your nose.

Take a deep breath in just to close your eyes or have your eyes open and as you exhale,

Feel your feet,

Your sitting bones,

Rooted to the ground.

Continue to take deep breaths in.

Please focus on your breathing and how your breathing feels.

Now think of your favorite color and let it simplify a positive thing into your day to day life.

Let that color symbolize and bring positive things in you.

When you exhale,

Think of your favorite color and think of this color.

When you exhale,

Imagine a color that you don't like.

Let that color symbolize the negative things in your day to day life.

Continue to breath in deeply,

Focusing on the color that you chose and out.

Let that color symbolize the negative things in your day to day life.

As you breath in and out also,

Take time to focus on how your breath feels.

You are not holding on to anything.

As you drift away,

Come back to the color.

Take a few more deep breaths.

Let that color symbolize the negative things in your day to day life.

Focus on the colors that you chose.

Take one more breath in.

Exhale.

Deep breath through your nose and out through your mouth and slowly open your eyes.
