Hey,
Thank you so much for joining me for this video.
It is great to have you and I'm looking forward to doing many of these with you.
My name is Alex and in this video,
I'd like to show you an exercise that I do quite often when I'm feeling a little imbalanced,
When I need this moment of recalibration and realigning of my being.
It helps a lot,
Especially when you have a lot going on and you're faced with uncomfortable circumstances.
Bye.
And then the best thing about it,
It doesn't take much.
It's only a few minutes,
Only a few breaths,
And it can have instant effects.
So yeah,
Thanks for joining me.
Let's get started.
So what I like to do is place your right hand on top of your.
.
.
Belly.
So your palm,
Your right palm is on your belly and your left palm will be on your chest.
Now,
What we're going to do is we're going to breathe 50% into our belly and the remaining 50% will be into our chest.
And then as soon as we fill up our body with air,
We breathe out straight away.
And then when we exhale,
We hold for about five seconds.
Okay.
So into the belly,
50%,
Into the chest,
50%,
To be guiding you all throughout this exercise so let's get started.
So hands here,
Ensure that your back is upright and you can close your eyes if you'd like but you may as well keep them open because I'll be here to guide you.
So let's start with our first breath.
Breathe into your belly.
Cheers.
And out.
Hold.
In to your belly.
Chest.
And out.
Hold.
Belly.
Chest.
And out.
And hold.
Tschüss.
And out.
And hold.
Belly?
Chest?
And out.
Belly.
Chest?
And hold.
And exhale.
And hold.
Belly.
Chest.
Exile.
And hold.
Last one.
Belly?
Chest.
Exile.
And ho.
And now resume your natural of breathing.
You may now bring your hands together.
And place them by your chest.
See if you can feel.
Any movement coming from your chest as you breathe naturally.
And now relax.
Your arms,
Place them on your knees or you can place them in whichever position you prefer.
Notice your body.
Relax your jaw.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your torso.
Relax your knees,
Ensure that your whole body is fully relaxed.
And one last deep breath in.
And slow breath out.
You got this.
Have a great day.
