Alison Klektau is a certified Life Coach and certified Yoga and Pilates Fusion-based teacher. Alison offers a holistic mindful approach focusing on movement, mindset, meditation, nervous system regulation and manifestation practices. To support these offerings Alison is also certified in Yoga Nidra, and come July 2024 she will also be certified in neuro-informed wellness and breathwork (pranayama). It is through these offerings that Alison can offer a mind-body approach to share her learnings to support others in (re)connecting back to themselves and to practice what it means to be here and now, to be mindful and aware, while allowing room for possibility.
