A short guided Yoga Nidra practice to support manifestation work. When practicing Yoga Nidra we are working on entering into the Alpha State, that being the state between sleep and awake. This is a great time for manifestation work as the body is relaxed and you are able to absorb new information with more ease. If you'd like, prior to your session, take some time to journal what it is you'd like to manifest to get more clear on your vision.

Today what I wanted to offer is a yoga nidra practice for manifestation.

So to start,

You want to find a comfortable position laying down.

As you begin to settle into the space,

Take these next few moments to make any adjustments that you need in your body.

And taking any little fidgets you need,

Any little movements,

If there's any distractions,

Sometimes you know if we have that piece of hair that's in our way or clothes or sort of bunched up,

Whatever you need to adjust,

Adjust.

And then as you settle in,

I want you to take a deep breath in and then hold the breath at your top.

And when you're holding your breath here,

See if you can tense every muscle in your body from your fingers to your toes to your face.

And on your next exhale,

Let all of that go.

And we'll do this twice more.

So take a deep breath in,

Hold at the top,

And tense all your muscles.

Hold,

Hold,

Hold,

Hold.

Exhale and release.

And then once more,

Take a deep breath in,

Hold,

Tense all of your muscles as tight as you can,

Even tighter than you think.

And now exhale,

Release,

Let that go.

And then just take a moment here to notice how your body feels.

So that can be as simple as noticing your energy levels,

If there's any stiffness or a lot of space available to you.

And as you do a scan here,

A lot might come up and also maybe nothing comes up and both are okay.

But just giving yourself a moment to get really present into your body to acknowledge how it feels right now.

And if that any thoughts arise,

If the mind is quite busy or distracted,

Maybe there's anticipation or expectation,

Or just trying to understand or whatever it may be,

Whatever thoughts are there,

Allow them to be there.

And then once more,

See if you can pull the focus back into your body.

So we're not going to ignore what's there or what's arising,

But more and more practicing coming back into our physical body here and now.

So if a thought arises,

Let it be there and allowing it to sort of float off and into the ether.

And you can always come back to it later.

We're just gifting this time for you right here and now.

And so with that,

Begin to feel the support beneath you.

So whatever surface you're laying on,

See if you can allow yourself to relax a little bit more with each and next exhale,

Almost if you're melting into the surface or whatever it is that's supporting you.

And as you settle more into your body,

Begin to bring into your mind's eye your sankalpa.

And this is really just a personal intention or affirmation.

Now with this practice,

We tend to want to keep it quite short and simple.

Working with manifestation work here,

I invite you to call something in.

And this can be a simple word.

It can be an I am statement or a nice,

Short and sweet,

Simple sentence stating what it is you're calling in as if it's already yours.

So some examples could be if you're feeling a little bit stuck on words,

Maybe it's simple as I am loved or just that feeling of joy,

Success,

Wealth.

I'm living an incredibly blessed life.

Whatever words you want to use,

Whatever feels personal to you,

I'll give you some time here to call something in.

And then once you have that idea,

I want you to repeat this statement three times in your mind's eye,

So silently to yourself.

And then begin to feel a sense of warm cover your entire body,

Almost like a warm summer sun basking over you.

And with that warm summer sun,

There's a slight breeze that washes over your body to help you keep you at the perfect ideal temperature for you.

And with the least amount of effort,

But with awareness to your body,

I want you to feel this warmth of the sun with that nice,

Slight warm breeze or cool breeze,

If you prefer,

Washing over your entire body and then beginning to bring your attention to the crown of your head,

Your forehead,

Your right eyebrow,

Your left eyebrow,

Your right eye,

Your left eye,

Your right cheek,

Your left cheek,

Your nose,

Your right nostril,

All of the left side,

All of the left side,

The entire left side of your body,

Both sides together,

Both sides of the body together,

Both sides,

Your heart,

Your chest,

Your stomach,

Pelvis,

The front of your body,

The whole front of the body with the right side and the left side,

The whole front body,

Back of the head,

Back of the neck,

Shoulder blades,

Upper back,

Lower back,

Glutes,

The entire back body,

The entire back body,

The entire back body and the front body,

The entire body all together,

The whole body all together.

Feel your inhale run up the entire of your right side.

Then exhale the entire of the left side of your body.

Drawing in that warm sun.

Let the next inhale drop up from the entire of your left side and exhale out the entire of your right side.

Draw your inhale through the right.

Exhale to the left.

Inhale to the left.

Exhale to the right.

Inhale to the right.

Exhale to the left.

Inhale to the left.

Exhale to the right.

And then continue this for a few more rounds.

So alternating between breathing in through the right side,

Exhaling through the left,

And then drawing your inhale through the left and exhaling through the right.

Continue this on your own for a few more rounds here.

And then from here,

Begin to feel a deep sense of love and support and allowing this to fill your entire body.

Beginning to feel a sense of gratitude,

Of abundance,

Of joy.

This deep inner knowing that there is always enough to go around,

That you are always supported,

Always loved,

Always provided for and taken care of.

What does it feel like to know that what you desire is meant for you to experience?

What does it feel like to know that all that you desire to experience is waiting for you to claim it?

What does it feel like to know that you can live the life you desire and that there is support always available to you in allowing this dream life to manifest?

What does it feel like to trust in what you cannot yet see?

What does it feel like to know that you are good enough,

Just as you are?

What does it feel like to know that you are worthy,

Just as you are?

And what does it feel like to know that you are deserving of what you wish to experience?

In your mind's eye,

Bring back your personal intention,

That of what you wish to manifest or call in.

And take the next few moments to feel into your personal statement,

To feel the joy,

The gratitude,

The excitement,

The bliss,

And whatever may come up for you.

So as you feel your personal intention,

Your sankalpa,

Notice any sensations that may arise and allowing yourself to bask in that sensation,

Much like lying in that warm summer sun.

So I'm just giving you a few moments here to do so.

And then from here,

Repeat in your mind's eye,

Your sankalpa or personal intention three times.

Begin to give gratitude to this,

Knowing that it is already yours and what that might feel like.

And if you wish to stay here a little bit longer,

Take your time,

Allow yourself to bask in these feelings,

To let it really settle into your body.

And if you feel ready,

Start to bring in any small movements that feel natural to you.

So you might wiggle your fingers,

Your toes,

You might gently rock your head side to side.

Maybe starting to invite a big morning stretch in.

And if you feel ready,

You might roll to one side,

Taking a moment to pause there.

And then taking your time to come up to an upright position,

So a tall,

Comfortable seat,

However that looks for you.

And you can have your eyes closed here,

A soft gaze.

I'm just taking a moment here to pause,

To breathe,

To notice your surroundings,

So perhaps any sounds you hear,

Any sensations you feel.

Taking a deep breath in,

And release,

Let it go.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Thank you for practicing.

This is a variation of yoga nidra.

And as always,

As all practices,

It's always best repeated.

So enjoy your practice,

Enjoy the rest of your day,

And happy manifesting.

Thank you.
