A meditation for bringing in fresh air and clearing unwanted energies. This is for when you feel stagnant, heavy, sticky or feel that you have unwanted energies clinging inside you. In this practice we open up the windows of our body and mind and feel the fresh air blowing through, sweeping all of this away, like cobwebs from a room. Come back feeling fresher, brighter, and free.

This is a short clearing meditation for bringing in fresh air and releasing unwanted energies.

So literally the fresh air,

Like air blowing through wide open windows,

Can blow out all the sticky bits,

The cobwebs,

As if through a room,

Can flow through you and leave you feeling fresher and brighter.

So wherever you are,

Whether you're sitting or lying down,

Take some nice long deep breaths for yourself,

Knowing you're going to feel a lot better very soon.

Relax into that feeling,

Breathing in from your belly,

Breathing back down through your belly to the earth.

With every breath feeling tension begin to melt away.

Now visualize around you like an orb,

A sphere of bright white light,

360 degrees,

An orb within which is your presence.

Feel your presence surrounded by this protective shield of bright white light.

Feel that entirely for the next few breaths.

Say to yourself,

I am safe,

I am supported,

I am protected.

To add to your feelings of support feel where you connect to the earth.

Send roots there from yourself into the earth.

Feel the support of that stable curve,

Vast and constant.

Feel the protection,

The safety of your presence surrounded by this shield of bright white light.

And imagine that only pure fresh air can flow into this space.

The purest freshest air you can imagine in nature,

Like mountain air or the air from the ocean.

Touched by sunlight and that this fresh air is cleansing,

Powerful,

Refreshing and new.

It can clear away any old stress or holding.

Take your awareness to the top of your head,

The crown of your head and imagine you can open it wide open like the windows of a room.

Imagine you can open up the sides and the back of your head too,

Even the front and that all that pure fresh magical cleansing air and come into your body through your head,

Blow through you,

Flow through you.

Feel the air fresh and cleansing.

Pour into your being.

Feel it flowing in and out of you,

Clarifying,

Cleansing,

Freshening the inside of you.

How as the fresh air blows in,

The old,

The stale,

The sticky,

All the dust just flows away,

Blows away.

Feel that,

That what is not yours is leaving your body and fresh air,

Clarity is restored here.

And now say to yourself,

I am clear,

I am refreshed and get ready to move on into your day.
