You'll be permeating your body with simple pleasure.
Let's begin.
Find yourself an easy,
Comfortable position where you can be relaxed and where you won't be disturbed.
Lying down is fine or reclining in a chair if that's better for you.
Just want to make sure no part of your body is standing to attention.
You don't want that.
It's okay now to completely let go.
You might want to welcome yourself and the coming pleasure with a smile now.
Let your smile begin on the inside and permeate every part of you as it stretches into the outside on your face.
And just breathe a very easy breath.
An easy breath in and then a soft sigh out.
This can feel really good.
So you may want to enjoy a few more of those easy breaths in and soft sighs out.
It's time to let go.
And as we begin,
Let's take note.
It's an important note that we don't need or want to block or filter anything that comes into our inner space here.
That's just too much effort.
We're following a spacious path of ease,
An easy natural flow,
Nothing to work on here.
And that means that thoughts and emotions and anything else are free to arise and circulate in any way they want to.
This is marvelous for your mind,
Body system and welcome.
So don't worry if you think about things you need to do.
We all have things we need to do.
The thoughts can be there and the things can wait.
They can wait.
It's that simple.
At first,
Your body may feel like it wants to jump up and follow the thoughts and move into action again.
So if that happens,
Simply feel the feeling of wanting to jump up and don't do it.
Feel the feeling and then with a relaxing,
Easy breath,
Remind yourself everything can wait.
Everything can wait.
And you'll return to it fresher and brighter.
This is a good time and it's so simple.
Be with your easy breath.
Let it find its own rhythm.
And for a moment,
Feel where you are now.
Feel what's underneath where you are so comfortably sitting or lying and how your body is resting and releasing into that support.
And welcome your whole body.
Simply give it welcome.
And welcome your easy flow of breath with no requirement to change it.
Your breath knows what to do.
Let go of any control.
Feel the simple pleasure of resting in your breath.
Savouring some delicious breaths and how yummy that can be.
Perhaps settle down a little more.
Releasing a little more of your body,
Delighting in a little more comfort,
All the sensations of pleasure as you grow your space and find it and just fall into it.
Settling in.
And have a sense of this space all around you.
No matter where you are,
There are infinitely numbered atoms and particles of wide open space all around you.
Infinity is here.
You're breathing from that spaciousness in every moment.
It's fresh.
And the same atoms and particles of space exist within you.
Where you're breathing.
Where your breath flows.
You can claim that space by feeling it.
You can welcome yourself into it and spread out and relax there.
And with your body even now,
Take some nice,
Easy,
Organic stretches to claim this space.
Just like an animal does almost without thinking about it.
Like a cat stretching after a nap in the sun.
Let your body feel what it loves.
Stretching fingers and toes and arms and legs into the sky and the sunshine and to the stars and beyond.
Building your being with some delicious movement and stretches can feel really good.
And then when you're ready,
Come back to resting.
And know that you can move and stretch any time you feel like it.
Your body.
Your space.
Your time.
Feel the soft glow of your presence here.
Feel on the inside of you how your heart beats quietly,
Steadily and faithfully inside you.
How your blood pulses energy and light around your being,
Brightening you.
How your waves of breath draw lightly in and draw lightly out.
How your own essence is pulsing inside you all the time.
The uniqueness,
The perfect creation that is you and you only.
Your own light without you having to do anything is here.
Simply here.
Alive and whole.
The potency,
The miracle of you exists all the time.
Your presence is glowing.
Feel the pleasure of simply falling into that glow.
And now take your awareness to your head and your face.
Feel around the skin and the muscles there.
Your precious head and face.
Just feel what's there as you breathe some easy breaths into your head to dust out the cobwebs.
If there are any.
And feel the clarity and the light coming in.
It can be as if you have open doors and windows here in your head and fresh air and sunshine and even starlight are flowing in.
And with your out breath you can maybe feel stickiness,
Cobwebs,
Dusty bits flowing out.
And with the windows open your head feels spacious.
Fire is flowing in and out.
There's a brightness here growing.
Enjoy and take pleasure in the clarity and the light and the fresh air flowing inside your head.
And then feel into your forehead and uncrease your brow.
Simply let it release and melt like butter.
Mmmmmm.
Easy,
Soft brow.
Soften and release your cheekbones.
The muscles and bones simply let go.
And your jaw relaxes.
Completely let it go.
Release your tongue,
Let go of your mouth.
Relax your whole head,
Neck and shoulders.
Let them go.
Your whole face dissolves into space.
And then you can relax your mind.
Let it spread out and wonder and dream and roam.
To places of simplicity and ease and natural magic.
Anywhere it wants to go let it lead and be free.
