This practice gives you permission to sit with yourself for a moment and let go of things that you feel you need to desperately hold on to. In return, release them to God and trust that you are exactly where you are meant to be.

Come softly into the moment,

Enter peacefully,

Allowing yourself to be here,

Giving yourself permission to be here.

So sit comfortably and close your eyes.

You see the world will want your attention.

It will pull at you,

Grab at you,

And this is a space where you can drop in and start connecting with your breath.

Sense the rise and fall and place one hand at your heart and take in a breath that comes all the way down to your belly,

Filling you up with light and love.

This moment is for you.

I want you to know that you are exactly where you're meant to be.

Whether or not your path has been rocky and full of sticks along the way,

Fallen trees that you have to keep stepping over and over,

Or it's been an open and wide road,

Every moment before this moment has brought you here in its most loving and generous and most beautiful way.

Every season of our life,

Every moment asks us to step forward with trust and with patience.

Breathe deeply now and welcome in all that you feel.

I used to think that if I let go,

That I would just fly away,

That I needed to hold on so deeply,

So tightly,

And that this would somehow help me remain in control,

But what I learned is that I needed to let go,

Trust God,

And what I found was more beautiful than I could have imagined.

And was more grounded than ever.

So whatever you need to release,

Please know it's not yours to hold.

Put it down and take a deep breath,

Knowing that every moment is designed for you.

Put it down.

Take another deep breath.

Notice how you feel in your throat and in your heart space,

And start to create some softness at the edges,

And quietly to yourself,

Breathe in the words,

God I,

And breathe out,

Trust you.

This is your mantra for today.

Over and over,

Breath by breath,

I trust you.

Take a breath in your nose,

Open your mouth and slowly let it go.

Let your chin slowly drop towards your chest,

Bowing to your own heart.

Namaste.

Namaste dear one.

Be well.
