Hello and welcome.

My name is Ali and I'm so glad you found me here.

Finding the time and space for a meditation practice can feel quite challenging and it may sometimes feel indulgent or even perplexing and confusing.

However,

Taking a moment to connect with yourself is essential for the well-being of all.

And so please take a moment to set yourself up in a nice tall spine,

Close your eyes down.

Take a breath in and fully immerse yourself in the present.

Grant yourself permission to simply be right here.

Inhale deeply and then exhale slowly.

Inhale deeply and then exhale.

It is common for us to view facts as the complete truth in life.

However,

There is often more beneath the surface.

Your narrative encompasses greater depth than what you may currently perceive.

Take a moment to inhale deeply and let it go.

Pay attention to the sensations in your chest as you take that breath in.

And as you take that slow exhale out,

See if you can become even more aware of how your body is letting go of the breath and then how your body is receiving the next breath in and the one that follows.

Beneath the evident truths we encounter in the world,

There lies a profound divine influence at work.

For instance,

While it may be a simple fact that you are taking time for meditation,

The deeper truth is that God is guiding you to attune yourself to his voice.

It is a reality that feelings of overwhelm are natural.

However,

The greater truth is that God is fostering patience within you for the challenges that lie ahead.

Similarly,

While much of life may seem beyond your control,

It is precisely in recognizing that God is teaching you to place your trust in him wholeheartedly.

God operates in his most perfect timing.

Consider the possibility that your challenge in this season of life may be a divine intervention designed to prepare you for something so significant just on the horizon.

Therefore,

My friend,

Do not allow minor inconveniences to disturb your peace.

Remember,

Your next chapter is currently being crafted amidst all that is occurring in your life.

Draw your attention to your breath as it enters in through the nose and feel your heart beating in harmonious rhythm.

Beneath these layers of flesh and bone lies the most beautiful soul,

One that embodies love and kindness.

If possible,

Please place one hand on your heart and allow yourself to really become present with this moment.

Focus on how the breath is coming in and embrace the understanding that you are exactly where you're meant to be.

Recognize the support of your spine and release any tension in your hips or belly and back.

And embrace whatever arises,

Permitting all feelings to exist without resistance.

And as you find your next exhale,

Allow yourself to slow down once more.

Take your next breath in through your nose.

Gently open your mouth and sigh it away.

Gently drop your chin towards your chest,

Acknowledging this moment and grateful that you are able to find it.

Namaste,

Dear one.

Namaste.
