Let's get started.
Begin by finding a comfortable seated position either on a chair or on the floor with a cushion underneath you.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose filling your lungs with air and then exhale slowly through your mouth letting go of any tension in your body.
Take another deep breath in through your nose and as you exhale release any worries or negative thoughts that you may be carrying with you today.
Allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation with each breath.
Now bring your attention to your heart space.
Visualize a warm glowing light at the center of your chest.
This light is radiating love and compassion.
This is your heart chakra,
The center of your emotional well-being.
As you focus on your heart chakra repeat the following affirmations silently to yourself.
I am worthy of love and acceptance.
I am worthy of love and acceptance.
I am worthy of love and acceptance.
I am deserving of my own kindness and compassion.
I am deserving of my own kindness and compassion.
I am deserving of my own kindness and compassion.
I am enough just as I am.
I am enough just as I am.
I am enough just as I am.
Allow these affirmations to sink deep into your subconscious mind knowing that you are cultivating a healthy and loving relationship with yourself.
Take a moment and notice any physical sensations that arise as you repeat these affirmations.
Do you feel a sense of warmth or relaxation in your body?
Maybe you feel a sense of peace or contentment.
Allow yourself to bask in these feelings for a moment.
Now imagine a bright loving light surrounding you.
This is your aura,
Your energetic field.
Imagine this light getting brighter and brighter filling you up with love and positivity.
As this light grows visualize it expanding outwards surrounding you in a bubble of pure love and positive energy.
Allow this light to fill every corner of your being enveloping you in a warm comforting embrace.
Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
As you do imagine any negative energy or self-doubt leaving your body.
Allow yourself to fully be present in this moment accepting and loving yourself just as you are.
Now bring your attention back to your heart chakra.
Visualize this warm glowing light at the center of your chest once again.
As you focus on your heart chakra repeat the following affirmations silently to yourself.
Allow these affirmations to resonate with you.
I am lovable and deserving of love.

I am worthy of all the good things life has to offer.

I trust and believe in myself.

Allow these affirmations to resonate deep within you knowing that you are cultivating a strong sense of self-love and self-acceptance.
Take a few deep breaths inhaling positivity and exhaling negativity.
Allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation and self-love with each breath.
When you're ready begin to bring awareness back to your body.
Slowly start to open your eyes and take a moment to ground yourself.
Remember that you are worthy of love and acceptance and that cultivating a healthy and loving relationship with yourself is an important step towards living a fulfilling and joyful life.
