Welcome to your gratitude meditation practice.
I'm Allie Lauren a holistic business coach and yoga teacher Let's begin Find a comfortable seated position either on a chair on the floor with a cushion underneath you or even just on your bed Close your eyes Take a deep breath in through your nose filling your lungs with air And then exhaling slowly through your mouth letting go of any tension in your body Take another deep breath in through your nose And as you exhale release any worries or negative thoughts that you may be carrying with you today Allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation with each breath Now bring your attention to your heart space Visualize a warm glowing light at the center of your chest radiating love and gratitude This is your heart chakra the center of your emotional well-being As you focus on your heart chakra think of something that you're grateful for in your life It can be something as simple as a good cup of coffee this morning or Something more profound like the love and support of your friends and family Hold this feeling of gratitude in your heart Allowing it to fill you up with warmth and positivity As you focus on this feeling repeat the following affirmations silently to yourself I Am grateful for all the blessings in my life.

I Am filled with joy and gratitude I Am filled with joy and gratitude I Am filled with joy and gratitude Allow these affirmations to sink deep into your subconscious mind Knowing that you are cultivating Allow these affirmations to sink deep into your subconscious mind Knowing that you are cultivating a mindset of gratitude and abundance Take a moment to notice any physical sensations that arise as you repeat these affirmations Do you feel a sense of warmth or relaxation in your body?
Maybe you feel a sense of peace or contentment Allow yourself to bask in these feelings for a moment Now visualize this feeling of gratitude expanding outwards Surrounding you in a bubble of positive energy Imagine this energy spreading out to everyone around you Filling them up with joy and gratitude as well Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly as you do imagine any negative energy or stress leaving your body Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment Appreciating all the good things in your life Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment appreciating all the good things in your life Now think of three things that you are grateful for right now it could be anything big or small Take a moment to acknowledge these things and feel grateful for them Repeat them silently to yourself allowing yourself to really feel the emotions associated with each one Take a few deep breaths inhaling gratitude Exhaling negativity Exhaling negativity Allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation and gratitude with each breath When you're ready begin to bring awareness back to your body Start to wiggle your toes Maybe wiggle your fingertips And slowly open your eyes Coming back to the space that you're in Take a moment to ground yourself And remember that cultivating a mindset of gratitude and abundance can lead to a more fulfilling and joyful life Thank you for practicing with me today.
