We're going to slowly scan through different experiences day by day for the first few minutes as you awake and see how everything that happens in each moment is the expression of our pure awareness.
We can experience awareness right now as a silent,
Open ocean within which your body rests,
Floating,
Immersed,
Silent,
Still and spacious.
As you breathe,
Flow down with your breath into your belly.
Breathe in and out as you settle into the lower belly.
Long inhalation,
Long exhalation.
Be open to the energies you receive here.
Be open to forgiveness.
Notice and sense the already existing power of all embracing forgiveness here in your core.
Focus deeply in the all embracing silence,
The sense of forgiveness and being open to whatever arises.
Bring to mind any challenges and obstacles you are facing in your life right now.
Bring to mind any people associated with those obstacles.
With the deepest devotion,
Visualize and feel your father to your right,
Your mother to your left,
Your dearest friend,
The person to whom you're most attached behind you and your greatest obstacle or challenge,
The person who agitates you the most right in front of you.
If this is one of your parents,
Then place them in front.
All other beings,
All your teachers,
All your spiritual guardians surround you and support you on all sides.
You are deep in the felt flowing sense of forgiveness and perfectly safe.
Contemplate the person you have right in front of you.
Examine their life sincerely.
Think of the problems your uncontrolled mind causes you and realize that this person is in exactly the same predicament as you.
Like you,
They are suffering.
Generate great compassion for this person and along with it,
Forgiveness.
Realize the incredible support you have from the beings all around you to generate this compassion and forgiveness.
With the deepest,
Softest,
Most powerful flow of compassion,
Gentleness,
Understanding and forgiveness flowing from your heart towards this person,
Say,
I see you and say the person's name.
Then say,
I see you and say the person's name and I welcome you with all your suffering and pain.
And then say,
I see you and say the person's name again and I forgive you.
And then say,
I see you and say their name again and I forgive you and I let you go free.
Visualize and feel yourself cutting any remaining energetic ties between you and this person and allow them softly,
Gently to dissolve in front of you.
Rest in this feeling of openness,
Of letting go,
Of the vast space of allowing,
Of the vast space of forgiveness and eternal freedom.
Let this sense of forgiveness and timelessness in this vast space unfold.
Let yourself rest as this spacious and open,
Timeless and limitless,
Effortless space of forgiveness and peace.
So natural,
So silent,
Clear and vast,
This ocean of forgiveness and peace,
Awareness that clings to nothing and yet pushes nothing away.
Sense and feel this openness,
This forgiveness,
Allowing,
Soft,
Formless and natural,
Effortlessly present.
As you go about your day,
Rest in the felt sense of forgiveness for all beings.
