We are going to slowly scan through different experiences day by day for the first four minutes as you awake and see how everything that happens in each moment is the expression of our pure awareness. Let go and rest in open effortless awareness. Bring awareness to what you feel. What feelings are present in your awareness. Notice these feelings.

Awaken to feelings.

We are going to slowly scan through different experiences day by day for the first three minutes as you awake and see how everything that happens in each moment is the expression of our pure awareness.

We can experience awareness right now as a spacious and open ocean within which your body rests,

Floating,

Immersed,

Silent,

Still and spacious.

Let go and rest in open,

Effortless awareness.

Bring awareness to what you feel.

What feelings are present in your awareness?

Notice these feelings.

You don't need to focus on anything or block these emotions.

Simply leave your senses wide open.

Be natural and allow whatever is happening to happen with your feelings.

As you rest in natural,

Effortless awareness,

Awareness itself is open,

Ungraspable and yet infused with knowing.

That empty clarity of awareness is always present.

Just rest in that open,

Empty clarity.

Nothing to do,

Nothing to focus on.

It's not an object.

This empty clarity and openness is who you are in this moment.

This timeless awareness fully present in each moment.

Just rest in that open,

Empty clarity which allows all feelings to arise unimpeded.

The movements of your mind as feelings are also expressions of pure awareness.

Notice what is happening and allow a feeling of your family or friends to arise.

Rather than observing feelings,

Now relax into the expanse of your timeless awareness and allow these feelings of your family or friends to emerge from,

Abide and dissolve back into pure awareness.

Notice they never depart from this field of pure awareness.

They arise from,

Abide in and dissolve back into this timeless awareness.

If there are feelings and emotions or the subtle experience of liking and disliking experience,

They are all coming and going.

They are all waves rising on the surface of the ocean of awareness.

Be that vast oceanic feeling of the ocean of awareness and allow the feelings to come and go on the surface of the ocean.

Let yourself rest as the spacious,

Open,

Clear and boundless ocean of awareness that clings to nothing and yet pushes nothing away.

Sense and feel this openness,

This vastness,

This allowing,

This softness,

Formlessness,

Naturally and effortlessly present.

As you go about your day,

Rest in the felt sense of this ocean of open,

Spacious,

Timeless awareness.
