Another guided meditation.

Today I'll be guiding you through a self-love,

Safety,

Feeling secure in your body meditation,

In very gentle breath.

I invite you to get comfortable with it,

Sitting up,

Lying down,

Just making sure,

Making sure that you're somewhere,

That you won't be disturbed,

Just really taking this time for yourself.

I invite you to begin closing down your eyes,

Just gently placing your hands,

One on your lower abdomen and one on your heart,

Really just anchoring in to the sensations of your body,

Feeling your chest move,

Feeling your abdomen move,

As your breath moves in and out,

Just observing here,

How you feel and just setting an intention,

Something you'd like to focus on,

An area that you want to improve self-love,

Whether it be your confidence,

Loving your appearance more,

Letting go of something,

Whatever that is,

Just bringing your awareness to this now.

And as you're focusing on your breath,

I invite you to breathe in through the nose for 4 counts and out through the mouth for 8 counts,

Breathing with me,

In through the nose,

2,

3,

4,

And out through the mouth,

2,

3,

4,

5,

6,

7,

8,

Breathing in,

2,

3,

4,

And out,

2,

3,

4,

5,

6,

7,

8,

That's it,

Just really anchoring in to this moment.

I invite you with your mind's eye to envision a bright green energy ball,

Just floating above your head,

Just observing this energy ball,

The shade of green it is,

The size of it,

The warmth,

Just really sitting here observing,

And as you're observing this energy ball,

I invite you to bring in your intention and placing this intention inside this energy ball,

Marinating this intention with this green energy,

Which is your heart chakra energy,

Infinite love energy,

And just observing this energy ball begin moving through your body,

Witnessing this energy ball move in through your crown chakra,

Through your head,

Through your third eye,

Just really witnessing this energy move through you,

How does it feel,

Feeling an overwhelming sense of love begin to move through your face,

Your head,

Welcoming this energy in,

And as you're gently breathing,

Just again observing this energy ball move through your body,

Down into your throat,

Just anchoring it here in your heart space,

I invite you to bring both hands to this heart space,

Feeling this energy ball here,

Just observing and really marinating in this green light energy,

Feeling the warmth,

Observing this intention,

And just bringing your awareness to it here now,

I'd like you to envision this energy ball getting brighter,

Warmer,

Louder,

Overwhelmingly filling your body up with love,

Feeling the sensations of love move through your torso,

Down into your legs,

Grounding you into your body here,

Moving down your arms,

Into your fingers,

Just feeling the vibrations,

The sensations,

The warmth of this love really holding you here,

Just observing this intention,

Witnessing this big ball of love,

Smothering this intention,

Knowing that it is safe,

Knowing that it is safe to be loved,

To be held,

And that you are worthy of whatever it is that you'd like to bring in,

You are worthy of love,

You are worthy to love yourself,

We are so conditioned in this world to seek external validation,

To feel this love,

But just observe how much love you feel inside of yourself right now,

How does it feel within your body,

The warmth,

Knowing that you create this,

Knowing that you get to create this,

This intention,

Whether it be an insecurity,

A judgement,

Something you need to let go of,

Just know that even with this belief,

You are still so worthy of love,

Allow this limiting belief,

This self doubt,

Whatever it is,

To just melt away into the infinite being of love,

I invite you to wrap your arms around your body like you're giving yourself a little bear hug,

Really holding yourself in this love,

Cradling yourself,

Nurturing yourself,

Knowing that all you need is within you,

Knowing that you are enough in this very moment,

I invite you to just gently rest your hands down now,

Whether that's back on your abdomen,

On your lap,

Wherever is most comfortable,

And just coming back to that breath,

We're going to take some nice big belly inhales,

Breathing in to bring in love,

And we're going to breathe out with the intention of releasing fear and doubt,

Breathing in with me,

Breathing out the fear now,

That's it,

Really focusing on that breath,

We're going to do this two more times,

Breathing in,

Breathing out here,

Last one,

Nice big inhale,

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

That's it,

I invite you to just bring to your awareness an affirmation that you would like to repeat to yourself throughout the day,

Whether that is I am loved,

I am beautiful,

I am safe,

I am enough,

Whatever that is for you,

It is your own unique affirmation,

I invite you to begin wriggling your toes,

Wriggling your feet,

Wriggling your fingers,

And just bringing your awareness back to this moment here now,

Remembering that you are enough as you are,

That you are worthy of love,

And to come back to this any time,

You need to take a moment for yourself,
