Hello and welcome to this guided breathwork session for letting go.
Congratulations for being here.
I'm really taking this time for you to really feel and process your emotions.
I know how difficult it can be.
The resistance,
The fear,
The doubt that comes up before you want to process anything.
But just know that's completely normal and that I'm here with you,
Supporting you through this journey.
And just know that the more we feel these emotions,
The less anxiety we feel in our everyday life,
The less triggered we feel in everyday life,
The more abundance we bring in.
We begin sitting in a higher vibration and naturally attract more positive experiences into our life.
I'm here to give you the permission slip that it is safe to let go,
That how you feel,
Although whatever you've been through is horrible,
Know that it is time to let it go,
To forgive what happened,
To really let your body process this emotion.
And I invite you to find a nice comfortable position lying down with nothing underneath your head.
As long as you're comfortable,
You're safe,
Your headphones are in,
You're not going to be disturbed.
Just really taking this time for yourself to begin.
I invite you to place one hand on your chest and one hand on your abdomen,
Just really focusing on that breath,
Feeling into the sensations in your body.
How do you currently feel within yourself?
Just observing here,
Focusing on that breath,
How shallow is it?
How deep is it?
How fast does that pace?
Just observing.
And as you're observing here,
I encourage you to focus on your breath.
We are going to be doing nasal breaths and through the nose for four counts and then exhaling through the mouth for eight counts,
Just to ground into the body here,
Become really present.
Breathing in with me,
Two,
Three,
Four,
And out through the mouth,
Two,
Three,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
Breathing in,
Two,
Three,
Four,
And out,
Two,
Three,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
Breathing in,
Two,
Three,
Four,
And out,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
That's it,
Just really feeling yourself relax into this moment,
Taking a big sigh of relief if you need to,
Just really focusing on that breath as I guide you through this next section.
And I invite you while you lie here to bring your intention and to make an intention for this breath,
For this breath,
What's most present on your heart,
On your mind,
What are you wanting to let go of?
Really asking yourself why you're still holding on,
Just observing how the story,
This belief has been impacting you,
How it's been showing up in your life,
In your relationships,
In your environment.
I'll just give you a few moments here now,
Just to really think about this intention,
To bring it to your conscious mind.
To begin this breath,
We will be breathing for around five to seven minutes.
I just encourage you to honour your body,
To remember that your body has an innate intelligence and just know that it will take you where it needs to go.
You may feel some tingles,
Some sensations,
Yawning,
Your body might move,
But just remember that you're completely safe and if you ever become overwhelmed,
To just come back to that nasal breath that I taught you in the beginning and just slow it back down.
For this breath,
We'll be doing conscious connected mouth breathing,
In and out through the mouth,
No pause at the top or the bottom,
Really focusing on that inhale,
Expanding your lungs.
We'll be doing this breath continuously for the five to seven minutes.
I will intuitively guide you out of this breath.
When you're ready,
I'll be breathing along with you.
Just really honour this time,
Remember that you're here for you and showing up is enough.
So when you're ready,
Just coming back to that breath,
Breathing in.
So now as you're breathing,
I encourage you to begin bringing your awareness to the emotion moving through you,
Allowing it to be seen,
To be felt,
Allowing your body to move if it needs to move,
Allow the tears to flow if they need to flow.
Just focusing on that breath.
That's it.
Now you're completely safe.
Your body has been made intelligent.
That's exactly what it needs to do.
Just give yourself permission to feel.
Remember these emotions are there for a reason and now it's time to begin setting yourself free.
Get so quiet with this.
Just relax.
I invite you to begin slowing down the breath.
Normal natural breathing rhythm.
Get into this present moment.
That's it.
Focusing on that nasal breath here,
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Breathing in for four counts and out for eight counts.
Just really slowing yourself down here,
Honouring yourself for showing up today and being so present with yourself,
Allowing yourself to be seen,
Allowing yourself to feel.
As you come back to your breath,
I invite you to begin rewriting this story,
This emotion,
Forgiving yourself for any harm that you've caused yourself because of it,
Giving love to yourself,
Holding yourself in compassion,
That's cradling yourself,
Words of affirmation,
A promise to yourself,
A new boundary,
Whatever that looks like for you.
Begin bringing your wholeness back into your body,
Back into this present moment.
Gently wriggling your toes,
Wriggling your fingers,
Opening your eyes,
Practicing gratitude for this moment.
I invite you,
If you feel called,

Grab a pen and give yourself an opportunity to note down what you've just experienced.
