A heart-to-heart meditation.

Begin by finding a quiet and comfortable space to sit or lay down and gently close your eyes or have a gentle downward gaze allowing the outside world to fade away.

Bring your hands together and gently give them a little rub creating some warmth,

Some vibrational energy and place one hand on your heart area and let the other hand just rest comfortably with no tension,

No resistance,

Just softness and take a moment to just notice your breath,

It's natural rhythm,

The gentle rise and fall of your chest and belly,

Letting your breath settle,

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Not wanting to change it in any way,

Just relaxing a little more,

Feeling fully supported by the earth beneath you,

Feel the warmth of your hand on your heart,

That beautiful connection to all that is,

Feel the awareness of the weight of your hand and how comforting and reassuring it actually feels,

Breathe,

Relaxing a little further.

Now with each inhale envision drawing the breath into your heart space,

Allow it to expand with love and tranquility and as you exhale releasing any tension,

Stress,

Just letting it dissolve into the air,

Breathe deeply,

Directing your awareness to your heart center and imagine each breath infusing the heart with warmth and compassion,

Feel that beautiful energy radiating from this space,

Creating a sense of peace that extends beyond the physical boundaries of your body and as you continue to breathe,

Envision a soft glow forming in your heart,

A radiant source of love and with each inhalation feel this soft glow expanding,

Feel it intensifying,

With each inhale you may experience an inner warmth,

A deep inner letting go,

Relaxing further,

Breathe here for a while,

Building up that beautiful loving life force with each cycle of breath.

Now as you exhale imagine this loving energy extending beyond yourself,

Creating a heart-to-heart connection with those who you love,

Your family,

Friends,

People who have passed over and even to those you may not know personally,

Fostering a beautiful collective heart-centered energy.

Keep expanding this love,

Visualizing more loving threads extending from your heart space,

Connecting to the hearts of more loved ones,

Friends,

Acquaintances,

To people you've never met,

See this beautiful intricate web of loving energy weaving a tapestry that keeps on expanding,

Expanding out of your room,

Your country,

Expanding out into the entire cosmos.

Now remain here with this heart-centered breathing,

Letting go of any distractions and simply be present with your soothing inhales and exhales,

Embracing the serenity of this beautiful moment,

Allowing the breath to guide you into a state of deep inner calm and peacefulness,

Intensifying all those beautiful heart-to-heart connections and all you have to do is relax and breathe.

Now imagine drawing a beautiful heart that encompasses the entire world,

A symbol of unity and love that knows no boundaries and continue to draw hearts around loved ones,

Past and present,

To anyone you feel intuitively guided to,

Send them love too,

Enjoy this beautiful loving process.

Now we are ready to gently conclude this meditation,

Expressing gratitude for the profound connections you've cultivated,

Slowly bringing your awareness back to the present moment in time,

Carrying the warmth of this expansive love with you,

Begin to take a deeper breath in and a deeper breath out,

Gently open your eyes,

Feeling refreshed and centered,

Knowing you are loved and cared for always.
