Welcome to this meditation,

A time of deep rest for your mind and for your body Make sure now that your body is really comfortable Making any adjustments that you need to now So that you can lie here quietly Listening to this beautiful piece of music Composed by Pablo Arrellano and called Space of Love And so allowing yourself to draw right now into the space of love Right at the core of your being,

A space of love that you are That you don't need to work for,

That you don't need to find Just your willingness to give yourself a break From the whole world and everything in it A break from the whole story of your life Just for now,

Let your body drop into that gentle space of just being Taking a few really slow,

Deep,

Releasing breaths And allowing the breath to flow with ease Breathing low into your belly And giving the exhalation away Handing everything over All the doing All the trying And right now just giving your full attention To these long,

Slow and deep breaths Taking your time Feeling Drinking in Every drop of that life-giving breath And every exhalation and invitation To soften Into a space of love That is already right here That you don't need to find That you don't need to create That you don't need to imagine A space of love That is calling you now To rest To let your body be held And to just let it all go All the trying All the doing All the controlling And the managing Just letting it all go And just for now See if you can stay With the simple feeling of your breath As your body breathes All by itself Can you feel That gentle whisper of breath In the inner passageways of your nostrils The gentle rise and fall of your chest Breath flowing with ease In you This wide open space of love That has already said yes To whatever's here moment By moment By moment See if you can stay Right here Body Breathing And let the weight Of this whole body Fall into the ground So that your body is held Cradled in this space of love Nourished Tongue resting in the mouth A softening of the whole face Eyes resting back Nothing is being asked of you right now Nothing that you need to get right Nothing that you need to make happen And just being here is enough Body So grateful To be relieved Of the whole story of your life Just for now Just for this moment And this one How would it be right now To do nothing To get nothing To get nowhere To be nothing To be no one But to bathe In this space of love that you are Breathing And let the weight Of this whole body Fall into the ground And now let your breath deepen again Taking a few of those nourishing,
