Sit or lie down.
Make your space a small haven if you can.
Your only job here is to breathe and receive.
I'll handle the rest.
Now when you're ready,
Let your beautiful eyelids flutter closed.
Take one deep breath in through your nose.
And a long easy breath out through your mouth.
Another deep breath in through your nose.
And a gentle breath out through your mouth.
Now we'll bring a tiny bit of counting in.
No pressure.
I'll do that part.
Gently switch to nose only breathing.
Inhale through your nose for four counts.
And exhale through your nose for four counts.
While you stay with four in,
Four out.
Try these softening movements.
Gently unclench your jaw.
Let your tongue drop from the roof of your mouth.
Soften the space between your eyebrows.
And relax the tiny muscles around your eyes.
Let your hands be easy.
And uncurl your toes.
Let your stomach be soft.
Let your pelvic floor unclench.
There is nothing to grasp.
Nothing to accomplish.
Nothing to understand.
Only your breath.
With every breath,
Your system is finding a steadier baseline.
So now we'll gently widen this tide.
Breathing in for five.
In for five counts.
And out for five counts.
And staying with this 5-5 rhythm for the rest of our track.
No forcing.
Just a steady,
Easy wave.
Follow the rhythm.
And listen to my voice.
As you breathe,
Imagine two silver dolphins at either side of your mind.
Mirroring one another.
Same tide.
Same timing.
Representing left and right brain.

Now gently let your awareness extend a few feet beyond your skin.
Sense a great mountain resting at your back.
Steady,
Unshakable.
Above you,
Quiet galaxy.
Behind you,
A long line of love.
Beneath you,
A verdant,
Powerful earth.
Your field is calm.
It's welcoming.
It's in tune.
Now feel and receive these truths.
You have resources you cannot yet see,
Rising to meet you.
Your cells carry the wisdom of millions.

But the way this moment shows up is already shifting.
Across the Milky Way,
