This short guided meditation will help you to set the right intentions to begin your day feeling calm,
Focused and empowered.
Start by finding a comfortable position and when you are ready you may gently close your eyes.
Start to notice your breath as you turn your awareness inward,
Allowing your entire body to relax.
Now inhale one deep energizing breath.
Exhale as you relax your body entirely.
Take another deep inhale and exhale softly,
Breathing in energy and exhaling any tension or apprehension about this day to come.
And as you rest here,
Feeling very calm and very relaxed,
I will invite you now to visualize yourself moving through your day as the most confident,
Calm and focused version of you.
You move through your day with ease and calm.
You are able to cope with anything that comes your way.
You are capable and resilient.
Your energy and attitude inspire everyone you encounter today.
You do your best.
You feel proud of yourself.
Taking a deep breath in now and exhaling very softly.
Taking the focus back to your breath and becoming more energized with each breath you take,
Allowing the energy within you to grow and expand.
Your entire being is filled with energy and vitality.
This new day is an opportunity for you to start again.
This new day is an opportunity to be the best version of you.
Now taking a moment to just enjoy this feeling of calm and stillness before you go about your day,
Knowing that you are capable of absolutely anything and you can make the very most of this day.
So when you are ready now,
Starting to bring awareness back to the space that you are in,
Bringing movement back to the body,
Wiggling the fingers,
Wiggling the toes.
And when you are ready,
You can gently open your eyes,
