Just find comfort wherever you are.

Much like the sun rises in the sky,
Slowly,
Leisurely,
Unhurried.
Take a few more rounds of breathing slowly in and slowly out.
And then let your breath return to its normal flow.
Imagine a warm light surrounding you,

Maybe the light has a color,

And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
