So continue this mindful breathing for a few moments,

We are going to focus on moving forward after a breakup.
So I invite you to visualize yourself standing at the edge of a beautiful winding path that stretches out before you,
Disappearing into the horizon.
This path represents your journey forward,
Your path towards healing,
Growth and new beginnings.
And as you breathe in,
Imagine each breath filling you with strength,
Resilience and hope.
And as you breathe out,
You let go of any lingering feelings of pain,
Regret or sadness.
I really want you to visualize these feelings being carried away by the wind,
