Welcome beautiful soul.

This Reiki infused meditation is especially for highly sensitive people.

It's designed to soothe the nervous system,

Restore energetic balance and activate inner wisdom.

This is your sanctuary,

A soft place to land,

To breathe,

To come home to yourself.

If you are a highly sensitive person,

Someone who feels deeply,

Who notices the subtle,

Who moves through the world with an open heart,

This meditation is for you.

Today we are not trying to fix you,

We are honouring you,

We are not numbing you,

We are allowing you and above all,

We are inviting your system into a state of deep peace,

Presence and protection.

Let us begin by finding a comfortable position,

Seated,

Lying down or in a way that feels supportive,

Gather anything you need,

A blanket,

A crystal,

A cup of tea,

Let your body speak.

Now gently close your eyes or soften your gaze,

Bring your attention inward,

Not to judge,

Not to change,

But to simply notice,

Notice the rhythm of your breath,

The sensations in your body and the space that surrounds you.

Take a deep,

Slow inhale through the nose and exhale fully through the mouth,

Let's do that again,

Inhale,

Filling your lungs with spaciousness and light,

Exhale releasing all tension,

All efforting,

All shoulds,

And as you exhale imagine a soft golden mist settling over your shoulders,

Down your arms,

Across your chest,

You are safe to arrive.

In this moment we anchor ourselves to the earth,

Imagine roots extending out from your tailbone and the soles of your feet,

Gently weaving their way down into the earth's core.

These roots are strong,

Fluid and loving,

Like a mother's embrace,

As your roots deepen you feel more supported,

The weight of the world begins to melt away,

You remember you do not carry it all,

You are not here to hold everyone's energy,

You are here to hold space for yourself first,

Let that truth land in your body,

Let it soften your heart,

Now visualise the sphere of white gold light around you,

This is your energetic cocoon,

Your soul's sacred boundary,

Nothing enters unless it is loving,

Aligned and nourishing,

Everything else dissolves at the edge of your field.

Repeat softly,

Either in your mind or aloud,

I am safe,

I am grounded,

I am sovereign,

I belong to myself,

I am sovereign,

I belong to myself.

Let this mantra ripple through your cells,

Your nervous system,

Your energetic body.

Now bring your hands gently to your heart space,

Begin breathing into your heart,

Noticing how each inhale expands this centre,

And each exhale relaxes you deeper into yourself,

Visualise a soft pink or emerald green light glowing within the centre of your heart,

This is where compassion,

Intuition and self-trust lives.

Let this light grow brighter with every breath,

Filling your chest,

Your belly and your back,

Feel it reach your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your throat,

Let it reach all the hidden places within you that long to be met.

You do not need to armour yourself here,

You are free to feel.

If any emotion arises right now,

Let it come,

If you need to cry,

Let the tears fall,

If your body wants to sway,

Let it move,

This space is yours now,

You are held,

You are loved,

You are not too much,

You are a miracle.

Let's tend now to the sacred vessel of your nervous system,

Bring your awareness to the back of your neck,

The vagus nerve,

The place where fight,

Flight or freeze can silently live,

Take a gentle breath in,

And as you exhale release all the weight you have been holding in here.

Now to the shoulders,

So often clenched,

Exhale and allow your shoulders to soften,

To drop,

To be free of all tension.

Move your awareness slowly down your spine,

From the neck,

Through the heart,

To the base,

This is your central channel,

Let it be open,

Balanced,

Spacious.

Inhale now and imagine light flowing up the spine,

Exhale and let go,

Exhale,

With every breath your body recalibrates,

You are not just relaxing,

You are now.

We call in your team of light,

Your soul allies,

Your higher self,

They are always with you,

Just a whisper away,

See them surrounding you now,

In a circle of iridescent light,

Violet,

Soft blues and silvers.

Each one of them is here to serve your highest good,

To remind you of what you already know.

Take a moment to tune in,

You may feel a tingling in your crown,

A pulse in your third eye,

Or a deep sense of peace,

Let your breath be the bridge between dimensions.

Ask silently or aloud,

What do I need to remember about who I am today,

Then listen,

No need to grasp,

Simply allow images,

Words,

Feelings or sensations to arise.

This is the voice of your soul,

It may speak in whispers,

But it is always true,

Trust what you receive,

Even if it's just stillness,

That too is wisdom.

Before we close,

Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly,

Feel the steady rhythm of life moving through you now,

The breath,

The stillness,

You are whole.

You,

You are not broken or behind,

You are in divine time.

Repeat to yourself,

My sensitivity is not a weakness,

It is my superpower,

I feel deeply because I care deeply.

I am worthy of support,

Rest and radiant joy.

Let those words ripple through your energy field now,

Anchoring into yourselves.

Take a deep breath in,

Receiving all of it and a deep breath out,

Integrating it into your body,

Mind and spirit.

Begin to bring your awareness back to the space around you now,

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Roll your shoulders,

Maybe a smile comes up.

Know this,

The peace you feel isn't just because you paused,

It's because you returned to yourself.

You can revisit this place whenever you need to,

This soft,

Strong,

Sovereign space is always here within you.

As you return to your day,

Move mindfully,

Drink water,

Stretch,

Journal,

Wrap yourself in a blanket if needed.

And when the world feels loud again,

I am sensitive,

I am strong,

I am whole.
