We start this meditation with finding a comfortable position.
And when you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Settling in and allowing the mind and body to still.
As usual we will start with taking a few deep breaths.
So breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.
And one more time,
Breathe in and breathe out.
And then think of all the stress you have been carrying today or the negative energy or just energy of other people.
Breathe in and just release all this negative tension,
Negative energy.
You can just say this to yourself,
Set this intention and it will happen.
Breathe in and let go.
And one more time,
Breathe in and breathe out.
Now connect yourself with the sun and the moon energy.
Take it in and breathe out again.
One more time,
Breathe in and connect again with the sun and the moon.
And also with the stars and the planets.
Just do it in your mind,
It's all possible.
And breathe out,
Let go.
Just focus for a moment on your own physical body.
And perhaps you already feel a slight difference after this breathing exercise.
And then place your attention on the boundaries of your physical body.
See if you can feel those boundaries.
And then extend your physical body.
Like visualize how to make it wider.

The guardian of the elements air.
And we think of the symbol,
The caduceus,
The symbol of the pharmacies.
And this archangel,
This entity will bring emerald green energy towards our horizontal field plane as a kind of protection as well.
And this will also lift our spirits.
And perhaps you can sense it again that something happens from the east side of your body.
So please welcome Raphael.
And then we turn towards the south and we invite archangel Michael,
The guardian of the element fire and he carries a sword and brings along blue energy towards our plane.
And archangel Michael usually gives us a blessing with his sword to protect us.
So just observe your auric field from the south side and just sense maybe a slight change.
Then we move on towards the west side of our body and we invite archangel Gabriel,
Guardian of the element water and he carries along a silver chalice and brings along diamond white energy towards our plane,
Our field.
So please welcome Gabriel,
Also a powerful entity.
Then we turn towards the north and we invite archangel Uriel and he carries a five-pointed star and he is the guardian of the element earth and he brings ruby red energy towards our field.
So please welcome Uriel.
And then we turn upward and we invite archangel Metatron,
The energy of the great spirit,
The ascended masters,
The kingdom of the angels and we invite the Christ grid to come down.
It has nothing to do with Christ,
It's just a geometric shape which comes down and enters the area where you're or the room you're at right now and it slowly comes down and it covers your entire space and enters your crown chakra,
Your third eye,
Your throat chakra until your heart center.
Perhaps you can feel it coming down also a little different type of energy.
And then we connect also with Pachamama,
Mother earth and we invite archangel Sandofan and he is the guardian of the crystal lines which go through the entire earth and we will bring the earth grid,
That's the earth energy and this also now is coming up.
Maybe you can already sense it and this enters the chakras of our feet,
It goes up through our legs towards the root chakra,
Sacred chakra,
Solar plexus and it also meets the Christ grid energy in our heart center.
And now we're protected from all sides and this is just to prepare us for our beautiful session together again for today.
And perhaps it's good to also make this connection with the earth a little bit stronger to really be grounded so you can visualize a root coming from your root chakra and maybe also from your feet and this root enters mother earth again and goes through earth,

All the different layers of the earth and it goes deeper and deeper and deeper and these roots find their way inside the earth,

Become stronger and really go deeper and deeper through fire,

And maybe you can feel that this grounds you a little bit more,
That you're a little bit more stronger in your seat or when you're lying down you feel more connected to the earth.
And now go back up towards your heart center and breathe through your heart.
Like massage your heart center.
And if possible open your heart a little bit more.
And despite what all is happening around you and your family,
Within your work,
Within the world,
Just observe your own heart vibration,
Your heart energy.
Feel how strong it is.
Feel the flame of your soul.
From this heart bring your awareness upward.
So go higher and higher towards your throat chakra,
Towards your third eye and then go towards your crown chakra and visualize the beautiful white lotus flower again.
And be prepared to ascend.
Then go a little bit higher towards your eighth chakra which is a few inches above your crown chakra,
So above your head.
And make this connection from your heart directly towards the soul star chakra.
And feel how the encodings of light in your body lift you up to ascend,
To go even higher and higher.
So go even higher and higher and higher.
Get your body and your inner light ascends even higher until you reach a beautiful temple of light.
And just visualize this temple or perhaps you just already see this beautiful temple of light in front of you.
And here you are being welcomed.

And very slowly you enter this beautiful decorated golden temple.
You enter the temple and feel how the energy around you is changing.
