Particularly well suited to daily practice, the body scan is an invitation to explore the sensations of the body, gently, without judgment. During this guided meditation, we move the light of our attention from the top of the head down, and whenever we get lost, we bring our focus gently back to the body and start over. This is the true practice of mindfulness when we notice we’ve been lost in thought and start again. Choose whether to practice standing, seated, or lying down. Enjoy!
