Find a quiet place to sit and be still and close your eyes.
Place your feet firmly on the ground and take a deep breath in and out.

First tune in to your head and your neck.
Are your muscles tight or relaxed?
Do you feel yourself holding tension in your neck?
Move your neck and see if you can find a comfortable position.
Become aware of your thoughts in your head.
Just be comfortable with them.
You are not trying to change anything.

How they chatter on.
Those thoughts.
Does your head feel empty or full?
Just notice what is happening.
Don't try and change anything.
Now move on down through your body.
Begin to notice your shoulders.
Do they feel tight or relaxed?
Move them around and tune in to how they feel.
Now become aware of your chest and your breathing.
Tune in to how your chest is feeling.
Is it tight or is it relaxed?
Is your breathing deep?
Or shallow?
Don't try and change anything.
We are just learning how to tune in.
Then come down and tune into your chest.
Tune into your stomach.
How is your stomach feeling today?
Place your hands on your stomach and tune in to what your stomach is trying to tell you.
Your emotions are normally stored here,
So tune in to your feelings.
How are you feeling today?
What emotions are being stored there today?
Just notice them without judgments.
It is okay to feel these emotions.
They are just feelings and they have no power over you.
Just take time to tune in and notice what is going on.
Everything is okay.
You are feeling what you need to feel right now and that's okay.
Now tune in to your legs.
Are they feeling tight or relaxed?
Are they hot or cold?
How are your muscles feeling?
Tune in to your calves and then into your feet.
Tune in as you go to how every part of your body is feeling.
We are not trying to change anything.
Just feel.
We are not trying to change anything and notice how that feels.
Are you wanting to change something?
Or do you feel happy and relieved that you don't have to change anything just yet?
Feel at peace whatever you are feeling and noticing.
We are just tuning in to your body.
