Hello and welcome at this root chakra meditation through visualization and attraction.
My name is Anouk Voss,
Also the flying fox,
As I travel lots through the world.
Before we start,
I want to ask you for this first chakra,
The root chakra,
To have a red,
Black or brown gemstone in front of you,
Or in your hand.
This can help you to ground.
But don't worry if you don't have it,
You'll manage without.
Then look for a quiet spot where you can't be disturbed.
No pets around you,
Children or the noise of your phone.
This moment is just for you.
As this root chakra is focusing on grounding,
It's best when you can sit on the ground,
With your sit bones in contact with the floor or with the ground.
Sit straight up,
Like you will pull up with a little rope up to heaven,
But don't sit too tight.
Then close your eyes.
Chakra means literally turning wheel or circle in Sanskrit.
The knowledge comes from India.
A chakra you can imagine as a turning wheel of energy that is flowing and running through your body.
To keep your life balanced and in order to not become sick,
Depressed or fearful,
You want that your 7 chakras are balanced and can flow well through your body.
You can do this by giving it some good positive attention,
Like we do in this meditation.
To stand still at each chakra and to imagine how you would like to be and become within this chakra,
You can attract this in your life.
Everything is energy or vibration.
People,
Animals,
Trees.
What you imagine and visualize will be sent out to the world and this is what the world will give back to you.
You attract the energy that you send out.
It's a very powerful tool,
So be specific and very clear with what you wish for.
The secret is really imagining and feeling your wishes and let this go out into the world.

Then take a deep breath and follow your breath.
Hold and let go.
We'll do this another time.
Take a long deep breath in.
Hold and with the next breath out,
You release all the stress from your body and relax.
One more time.
Take a long deep breath in.
Hold it and on your breath out,
Let go of all the thoughts in your mind.
Relax.
Then go with your thoughts to the root chakra,
Your first chakra.
This chakra is located at the base of your spine and represents your roots,
A grounding and the connection with the earth.
When this chakra is not in balance,
You can feel fearful and restless.
You don't have lots of trust in yourself and in the world and you're looking for security.
When this chakra is balanced,
Healthy,
You feel happy,
Stable,
Energetic and you believe in your inner power.
You feel warmth and love.
You'll feel easily grounded and you have faith in yourself and the people around you.
Within this chakra meditation,
You can focus on attracting one of these themes in a positive way into your life.
The color that goes with this first chakra is the color red.
Visualize in this first chakra a red turning wheel or circle.
Breathe to this point a few times and let this red color become stronger and more bright with every breath.
With every breath in,
You breathe in red energy that comes from the deepest point of the earth and with every breath out,
You let the energy go from this chakra that doesn't allow a surface and you let it go back into the earth.
Repeat this a few times.
Now your root chakra is more clean and clear.
People go deeper in what you want to achieve within the themes of this root chakra.
First think for yourself what this is.
Do you want to be calm and feel more grounded?
Would you like to feel more safe or stable?
What is for you important within this root chakra?
When you know what you want to attract in your life,
Visualize yourself like you're already living this life.
The better you can feel into your new life,
The more you will change your energy and therefore you will more attract your new reality.
That is how energy works.
You attract what you send out there.
Now move into a new state of being and change your energy.
Open your heart and allow your body to respond to this new mind.
Can you teach your body emotionally what that future will feel like right now?
How do you behave in this new life?
With what feeling you wake up.
How do you feel when you're surrounded by your friends?
How do you walk?
How do you talk?
Change your energy and change your life.
What choices do you make?
Invest your energy in a new future.
Change potential into the new reality.
Then,
Imagine the life of your dreams,
So powerful as you can,
And take a deep breath.
Hold it and with your breath out,
Let go of your wishes.
Let it go into the universe,
The field of possibilities and trust that this new life is yours already.
Feel gratitude and thankful for this new life.
By feeling grateful,
You send out to the world that you live this life already.
The longer you feel grateful,
The more you will attract this life as like a magnet.
The more you will be open for it and ready.
Then slowly bring your thoughts back to your breath.
Take a few relaxing breaths,
Happy,
Grateful.
Notice the smile that might have appeared on your face.
Slowly bring your thoughts and your breath back to your new life,
Your new body and your new surrounding.
Open your eyes with a smile,
Like you're already living this new life.
Hopefully this meditation will bring you the life of your wishes.
Each chakra has got other powers and therefore it's good to also listen to my other chakra meditations.
It's often that some of your chakras are more healthy and powerful than others or you want to specifically work on some themes.
Are you someone who's thinking a lot?
Then you'll be much more busy in your upper chakras,
Like your crown chakra.
By focusing yourself on the root chakra,
You'll also develop this one and you'll feel more balanced,
Healthier.
Also the gemstone where I spoke about in the beginning of this meditation can help you with developing the chakra that you want to develop.
Have one underneath your pillow when you're sleeping or have one with you as a necklace.
