
Rise Like A Star - Be The Star Of Your Universe

You'll let go and let yourself relax into the life of your wishes of life, which you will continue to attract in your life, even after your meditation. Enjoy!

For this meditation,
Actually for each,
I'm gonna ask you to sit comfortably and I'm gonna emphasize sit.
I know this myself when I lay down,
Your body is so used to when you lay down to go to sleep.
So when we sit,
We are the connection point between the universe above us and the grounding underneath and we need both.
So our connection is much better if we are sitting up straight but not tensed.
So sit up straight and you can close your eyes.
See if you can create a little smile,
A gentle smile on your face,
A natural gentle smile.
And just tune into yourself.
Feel the air maybe on your skin or the clothes.
Listen to the sounds around you.
And see if you can see and feel and hear everything just as it is.
Without judging,
Without wishing it to change.
Even though it might be things that you rather don't listen to,
Cars,
People swearing,
Loudness.
Just see if you can accept it just the way it is.
And I want to invite you to take a deep breath and breathe in healing,
Vibrant energy from the deepest of the earth back to the top of your head.
So we're filled with this beautiful energy and you hold it there and in your next breathing out,
You try to let go of all your thoughts.
You can go strong,
You can maybe do it slowly,
Whatever feels natural to you.
And with your next deep breathing in,
You gather real positive,
Vibrant energy through your body slowly all the way up and you hold that energy on top of your head.
And with your next breathe out,
Release all the stress that you've built up on your body.
And then the last time visualize this grounding red energy from mother nature going through your feet and your knees,
Your hips,
Your belly,
Your chest,
Your shoulders,
This healing energy through your throat,
Your cheeks,
Your ears,
And hold it all the way on top of your crown chakra.
And slowly we breathe out and we gather all heavenly,
Chi,
Beautiful energy and slowly we make it down and we clear everything on the way that we don't want anymore.
We give it back to mother nature and we thank it for what it has been and we feel open for that what we like to and wish to invite into our life.
And slowly new fresh air healing air back into your body and see where it comes.
Is it in your chest or in your belly and slowly breathe out again.
And the last little exercise to become aware of our body is to make it physical to slowly start to move your head from left to right with little circles.
You go to left to the right and start making little small circles and slowly build it up to stretch and start to be aware of the stretch that you're feeling.
Slowly go to the other side.
So this exercise is less to get a stretched neck and it's more to become aware of your body.
Maybe the hair that touches your neck or your chest if you have long hair.
To become aware of the stretch that you feel.
To become aware of the freedom that you might feel in your body when you're opening up and slowly come back to the center of yourself.
And the next one is to roll your shoulders to the back.
First start with small circles and see if you feel maybe enjoyment or you feel it shouldn't be painful but you feel like a stretch or a little thing.
See if you can become totally present.
Totally present with your body and therefore with the present moment.
Just feel maybe your shoulders already become tired which will be very soon,
Very quick but it is possible.
And don't think about you have to go more often to the gym if you already feel like your shoulders are getting more tired but just see what appears,
What arises.
Can I accept that feeling?
Good and back to the center.
Hopefully we're a bit loosened and we're back in this present moment and for me that is where meditation is about.
To come back to the present moment and to come to our best self,
To become our best self as well.
In my meditations I like to go into a journey,
Into a journey of visualization.
So for this I'm asking you to walk somewhere,
Be somewhere where you love to be.
A place where you feel comfortable and where you can be totally and fully yourself.
This might be on top of a hill,
This might be on the beach and slowly lay down,
Make it yourself comfortable.
That might be on the sand,
Might be on the grass.
Just lay down and the temperature is perfect.
It might be a little breeze that you feel on your skin but it's not cold,
It's perfect just the way you like it.
See if you can really nestle in and you look at the sky and it's dark.
It's in the middle of the night.
You're not tired,
It's around 11pm but fully dark.
There's no moon.
You can hear soft breeze from the palm trees or maybe from the flowers.
For the rest it's quiet and you see all these beautiful stars above you and you start to notice 10 and then 100 and then a 1000 and a million and these.
.
.
You've never saw so many stars in your life and you're overwhelmed and just feel it,
Feel how beautiful life can be and you're a part of this.
Feel grateful for this moment where you are by yourself just enjoying.
Let's have a good look,
It's such a clear evening,
There's so many stars and then sometimes you see a shooting star and we say we can do a wish,
We can make a wish but what we're gonna do is we're just gonna look at these stars,
Just look at the sky and whenever a thought pops up or a feeling in our body that arises and we wish to let go of,
Just pretend that you see this star rising or falling,
Falling star and it's gone.
Say thank you,
Thank you for that what you have thought me but you no longer serve me and it's gone and come back to just the beauty of the moment.
Whenever a new thought pops up,
Just let it go,
Let it shoot away like a star.
Whenever a thought or a feeling or a little pinch in your shoulder peels,
Just let it go like the stars and slowly you start to feel becoming even calmer,
Becoming closer to your true self.
Slowly you start to feel more relaxed,
You start to feel closer to this feeling when you come home,
When you throw your jacket on the couch and you sit down and this is your moment.
Just let it shoot away by the stars right above you on this perfect clear warm evening.
If there's no thoughts,
That's perfect,
Just enjoy it,
Enjoy the present moment.
And then there's this one star and you think hey,
That comes closer to me,
Not quickly,
Not scary,
Just slowly this little twinkle,
This little twinkle slowly comes closer,
Kind of a friendly peaceful manner and you see it's like,
It's peace,
It's nothing to be fearful about.
You feel this love coming closer to you,
Still rather far but you notice it has a message for you,
This star you could see it as your higher being and it has a message for you and either it's written down,
It's said in words or it's just told to you in energy.
See if you can listen to the message,
See if you can open up for the gift that universe has for you,
Which you just had to listen to and slowly the message will come closer and closer and becomes more clear and slowly you start to see yourself actually living that life already and slowly it comes closer and closer,
It's huge and you think well probably this star has to stop but it slowly keeps coming closer to you and you feel it just overwhelms you,
It's all around you,
It emerges you,
You're in this star and slowly you transform yourself to the life of your dreams,
The life of the message.
You become that new reality,
It's not just a thought anymore,
You live it,
You feel it,
You can look at your hands,
You can feel and touch yourself and you say this is the new me.
Just notice how you feel,
Notice if you maybe have a smile on your face,
Notice how this new reality feels for you and just visualise your way of talking to your friends with your new message that you have gotten this evening or day.
What is the message that you're spreading out to the world?
What is the way that you're talking or you walk?
Just visualise the feeling that it gives you in the way that you live as good as you can by visualising it is what we will attract back into our lives so make it as real as possible.
This is you right now.
You feel grateful that your new life and your new dreams has become true.
You become so grateful for this present moment.
And slowly you start at this star,
Start to feel that the star becomes closer and closer,
Closer to your heart,
Starts to become smaller and its duty is done.
It has done its role,
It has fulfilled your dream and I'm counting down till the moment that your star is shooting away and when that happens it's like that dream,
That wish,
That message comes through,
Has already become true.
Just for a second visualise and feel it as strong as you can,
Maybe take a deep breath with all that new energy,
All that new reality to the top of your crown chakra.
You can keep it there.
Start breathing into it.
I'm counting down from five.
This is your new reality.
Four.
After this,
This is your new energy.
Three.
You believe that this will be your new you.
Two.
You are so ready.
One.
Feel love and gratitude.
Zero.
Just let it go,
Let all the stars twinkle and let the star go and raise up to heaven where it belongs.
You just feel amazing being your new you.
You're just feeling so present and so happy.
And slowly you start to become aware of where you are and about the adventure you've been just going through and you realise that from now on this is going to be the new you and you're going to be so happy with that.
You can start to sit up,
Maybe you have to stretch a little bit,
You've had a good lay down,
Sit up and in real life you can already start to wiggle your toes and your fingers a little bit.
Start to become aware of the present moment that we are in real life.
Slowly take a deep breath in and feel the present moment air just coming in through your nose,
Cold air,
Filling up your body and slowly warm air you breathe out.
Warm air with new love,
New intentions,
New truth.
Notice the smile that might have appeared on your face.
Notice the love that you feel into your life and your gratefulness.
And slowly whenever you are ready you may open your eyes.
You may open your eyes into the new reality in which we are in.
And you might have thought before that this would never have been able to happen.
That you wouldn't find the new love of your life,
That you wouldn't get the job that you wish for.
What you have to do is to change your mindset.
I believe so strongly that everything is right within us.
