Hello,

This is a guided meditation focused on your sacral chakra.

I will introduce you about the knowledge and the power of the second chakra,

After which you can make your own decision in what you would like to develop yourself.

This chakra stands for happiness and creation.

Also,

Our emotions and sexual energy is stored here.

My name is Anouk Vos.

Vos stands for fox and because I travel a lot around the world,

It's also the flying fox.

Before we really start with the second chakra,

I will ask you to have an orange gemstone in front of you or in your hand,

Like the corneal or the orange kul-si.

This one can help you to get in touch with your sacral chakra.

But don't worry if you don't have this gemstone.

You'll be able to do it without.

Then look for a quiet space where you can't just be interrupted.

Maybe in nature,

A room for yourself where you can close the door.

No pets around you,

Children or sound of your phone.

This moment is just for you.

Sit for this meditation comfortable on a chair,

A bed,

On the ground.

Make touch with your sit bones with the floor.

Sit straight up,

Like you'll be pulled with a little rope into heaven,

But don't sit too tight.

Close your eyes.

Chakra literally means wheel,

Spinning wheel or a circle in Sanskrit.

The knowledge comes from India.

You can imagine a chakra as a turning wheel into your body that lets energy flows between different parts of your body.

A turning wheel of energy.

To keep your life balanced and to not become sick,

Depressed or fearful,

You want that all of yourself and chakras are balanced and can flow easily through your body.

You can do this by giving a specific loving attention,

Like you do through this meditation.

To stand still at each chakra and imagine how you would like to become within this chakra,

You can attract wishes around this chakra in your life.

Because everything is energy or vibration,

Like people,

Animals and trees.

What you will imagine and visualize will turn into an energy and this energy will be sent out into the world,

Which you will then attract back into your life.

Positivity will attract positivity and negativity.

You can guess that.

This is also the law of attraction.

Take a deep breath and hold your breath.

Let go and relax.

Take another deep,

Slow breath.

Hold it.

And with your breath out,

Try to release all the stress from your body.

Okay,

One more time.

Take a long,

Deep breath in.

Hold it.

And on your breath out,

Let all your thoughts go.

Relax.

To create space for all the possibilities of life,

To open up yourself for these possibilities,

I ask you to try to release yourself from the reality.

For this,

I ask to let go of who you think you are.

Let go of where you are.

Let go of how you are.

Let go of time and space.

Then go with your thoughts to the second chakra,

The sacral chakra.

This chakra is just under your belly button.

This chakra stands for happiness and creation.

Also,

Our emotions and sexual energy is stored here.

When your sacral chakra is not in balance,

You can feel physical problems.

Just your lower back,

Or your lower belly.

On another level,

It can be that you find it difficult to get in touch with your emotions.

You can find it difficult to get connected with others.

And people might find you a bit cold.

When this chakra is balanced,

We are emotionally and creatively in balance and we feel energized.

You're open,

You can express what you're feeling,

What you need emotionally and you feel sexual free.

And you feel free within your sexuality and you feel free within your sexuality.

To other people you're sending love and warmth,

You're connected with your inner power and with others.

Within this chakra meditation you will focus on attracting a positive change within one of these themes.

The color that belongs to the second chakra is the color orange.

Visualize just under your belly button an orange spinning wheel.

Breathe into the spinning wheel a few times and let this orange color become stronger and stronger,

More orange every time you breathe through this.

Breathe in orange energy from the middle of the earth into your sacral chakra and with every breathe out you let go of all the energy from this energy point you do not longer need in your life.

And then again inhale all the positive empowering energy into this energy point.

And with your next breathe out you let go of everything does not longer serve you.

Repeat this a few times.

Now your chakra will be more in balance.

We'll go deeper into what you would like to achieve within this sacral chakra.

First think what this would be for you.

Would you like to get better in touch with your emotions?

Would you like to get better in touch with your emotions?

Do you want to be able to accept yourself better?

The people around you?

What is for you important to achieve within this sacral chakra?

When you know what you want to attract visualize like you have this life already.

The better you can imagine this the better you will attract this new reality.

That's how the energy works.

You attract what you send out.

Imagine in your mind what you will experience in your real life when you will become your new you.

How does that feel?

Open your heart and let your body respond to a new mind.

How will you behave in this new life?

How will you behave in this new life?

With what feeling will you be waking up in the morning?

How do you feel when you're surrounded by your friends?

How do you walk?

How do you talk?

Imagine yourself so powerful as you can.

What choices do you make?

Invest that energy in your new future.

Change from possibilities to the new reality.

Imagine the life of your wishes as powerful as you can and take it in in a deep breath.

Hold it.

Be it.

And with your breath out let go of all the wishes into the universe.

Into the field of possibilities and trust that this new life is yours already.

Feel grateful for this new life.

To feel grateful you send into the world that you live this life already.

That you've accepted this new life,

Your body and your mind.

The longer you feel grateful for this new life,

This new reality,

The longer you will attract this life like a magnet.

That you'll be open for this.

Ready.

Slowly and gradually bring your thoughts back to your breath.

Take a few relaxing breaths.

Slowly bring your thoughts back to your new body,

Your new environment and your new life.

When you're ready you can open your eyes with a smile like all your wishes already became true.

Hopefully this meditation will bring you the life that you wish for.

Each chakra has other powers and because they all work together it's very good to also join my other chakra meditations.

It's often that some chakras are better developed than others or you just really want to work more on these specific themes around the chakras.

Are you someone who has lots in his mind and thinking?

Probably your upper chakras are much more developed.

To focus on the lower chakras like your root chakra and this chakra is better to help yourself grounding.

Good for the balance between up and down.

Also a gemstone where I spoke about in the beginning of this meditation can really help you connecting with this chakra.
