Happiness (A Healing)

Let's get happy.

Have you ever just tuned into yourself and realized,

I'm okay?

I mean,

I can't say I'm happy.

I'm not really feeling this huge joy inside.

I just feel okay.

I'm fine.

This is a podcast for those moments.

Take a deep breath.

Sit up.

Pull your shoulders back.

Breathe.

Imagine that a liquid yellow sparkly light is starting to roll towards you and move toward you.

You can see it as clear fluid light moving towards you,

Around your chest,

Your neck.

I'm going to call this in now and kind of move it toward you.

I'm using my right hand to capture some of the light coming in.

I'm creating a ball of it,

Almost like the size of a basketball.

I'm going to put it toward you into your chest.

Feel it.

How is this happening?

If this is a recording,

Because there's really no space or time.

If you move into this level,

It's all happening at once.

Move your shoulders left and right and left and right.

Feel the fluid light moving into your chest,

Into your shoulders.

I'm going to clear the upper back,

Any tightness,

Any old memories,

Old pains,

Old hurts in the back of the heart chakra.

We remove them,

Taking them out like a pattern,

Like threads of light.

Only over time,

The threads look like a cobweb that's kind of dusty and brittle,

Falling apart,

Tangled.

I move those out.

Now I'm going to bring light from above you,

Down over you,

Through your head,

Through your spine.

Down between your feet.

I'm creating a waterfall of light through you,

So that you're like a bridge between heaven and earth,

A highway with light moving through it quickly,

All the way through.

Now I ask that any resistance in your body moves out.

Anything keeping you from feeling this,

We move out.

Good.

Expand.

Let your light push out beyond your body.

Feel your entire energy field or bubble with this light.

Become alive.

Wake up.

Are you in there?

Are you sleeping?

Are you quiet?

Where have you gone?

Come back.

Come to the present moment.

Join me.

Imagine yourself running towards something,

Like you're running to catch up.

You don't want to miss it.

This life is too short.

Come on,

Keep running.

You'll get there.

Keep running.

Hurry.

Don't miss it.

Expand.

Reach out your arms.

Expand.

Reach them to the sides,

Up over your head and back down.

Expand.

Feel your bubble.

Wake up.

Stir up your light.

Stir it up.

Imagine you're stirring liquid in a pot.

You're going to stir it up until it becomes magical,

Until little sparks and mist fly up out of the pot.

Make yourself up.

You are the container.

The light is within you.

Stir it up.

Let your body be moved.

Let the energy move you.

No need to sit rigidly.

Wake up.

This isn't church.

Move your body.

Well,

I guess some churches,

They're moving their bodies.

Get that energy moving through.

Do whatever you need to do to wake up.

Without drugs,

Without alcohol,

Without substances.

Wake up.

Decide to wake up.

Turn up the volume.

Imagine you've got a toggle switch and you're going to grab it.

You're going to push it up slowly,

Slowly,

Slowly.

Don't just shoot to the top.

Take your time because as you push it up,

As you visualize this,

All of your light has to shift and change and keep up.

Anything in your way has to move out.

As you become brighter,

A little brighter,

A little brighter.

Wake up.

Bring on that joy.

Bring on that light.

Bring in that happiness.

Now we're going to download it.

I'm going to pour light down through your crown all the way to your feet.

That waterfall of light,

Dumping more energy through it.

Feel it.

Let the wave go through you.

From your head,

Your shoulders,

Your rib cage,

Your hips,

Your knees,

Your ankles down past your feet.

Let it come through.

Can you feel it?

Wake up.

Keep going.

Higher,

Higher.

We've got to move this toggle switch higher.

We've got to turn up that dimmer switch higher.

That's where the joy is.

That's where the laughter is.

Bringing in more light from overhead down through you.

More light.

We call on the angels to gather around us.

We call on the spear guides of the highest white light to gather around us.

Fill us.

Fill us with light.

Fill us with happiness.

Fill us with joy.

Fill us with love.

Help us to contain it.

Help us to circulate it all the way through us,

Around us,

The front,

The back,

Through the chakras,

The vortexes.

Circulating through our bodies,

Through our energy fields into the world from us.

Circulating back around to us.

Help us to give.

Help us to receive.

Help us to get in that flow.

Bring that light all the way through.

Back again and again and again from above,

Through your shoulders,

Down through your body.

Opening up the chest and the upper back.

Open up your throat,

Your collarbone area,

Your left side of the back muscles.

Left shoulder,

Right shoulder,

Right side of the back muscles.

On each side of the spine we want to flow.

Through the spine we want to flow.

Let me clear your back.

Let me take it from you.

Anything in your way,

Any tightness,

Any past patterns,

We remove now.

Thanks be to the light.

Thank you.

We ask for more light to download upon us.

Thank you.

Let it rain.

Let it pour over us.

Thank you.

Thank you.

You can see this as abundance.

You can see this as health.

You can see this as love.

You can see this as God's light.

Whatever you want this light to be,

It shall be so.

Because that energy,

That high,

High frequency can transform or translate into any level that you want it to.

Because everything here on this earth plane can be completely immersed in this light,

Can be filled with,

Overtaken by this light.

So therefore anything on this plane can also have the quality of God or light in it.

We ask for love.

We ask for joy.

It can come in many,

Many forms.

But we ask that it comes from above.

No matter what form on earth it comes in,

It is filled with the light from above.

Feel it.

Become immersed in it.

Let it move into your spine.

Here let me clear your spine.

Let me take the patterns.

Let your body disappear.

If this outer space energy is filling your body,

Let it take over so that you can hardly feel or sense your body.

You just feel the quality of energy,

The outer space,

The stillness of God.

Let it take you over.

Let it take over your neck and your jaw.

Your cheekbones,

Your eyes,

Your temples,

Your head,

Your brain.

Let it fill you completely.

You are one with God's light.

You are one with this energy.

From this place all things are possible.

From this place we find the joy,

The peace,

The knowing,

The stillness.

It's within us.

No longer around us.

No longer outside of us.

It's in us.

Thanks be to God.

Thanks be to the light.

Thank you universe.

Thank you night sky.

Thank you sunlight.

Thank you ocean of light.

Thank you Holy Spirit.

Thank you to the mystery.

We are one with you.

We feel you.

We know you.
