Hello beautiful soul and welcome back to seven days of stillness.
It's day six and our theme is still,
Calm,
Knowing.
Allow your eyes to gently close,
Savoring a low belly breath in,
Settle into your body and as you exhale settle your body into your seat.
Another low belly breath and allow this breath to lengthen your spine.
Envision the crown of your head being lifted by a thread of love as your tailbone is rooted by the same love,
Exhaling into a posture of dignity and peace.
And just breathe naturally at your own pace,
Notice your body's natural movement and freedom and rest in its own state of wisdom and intuition,
In its own still,
Calm,
Knowing.
It's rooted in love,
Is in connection to something larger than you or I.
Love can be anxious and loud,
It's rooted in fear and scarcity,
But accessing your intuition requires matching its frequency of still,
Calm,
Knowing and that frequency is found in stillness.
So becoming present to the body through the breath,
We offer nurturing compassion and awareness to all parts that are longing for our attention,
Seeing it all as a work of art instead of as right or wrong,
We create spaciousness and with three breaths on your throne,
Settled into your still,
Calm frequency of intuition,
We ask from our heart space to our heart,
What is my intuition trying to tell me?

Putting space for response,
Don't try to answer with your cognitive mind,
How can I best care for myself today?

Again,
Holding space for the heart's intuitive response,
Sometimes the answers are clear,
Sometimes they're unclear,
And as love fills your cup to overflowing,
Be generous with your love,
Offering it to all beings everywhere,
Simply in pure love and kindness yourself,
And in this space of loving,
We remember.
