Thank you for joining me for this guided solar plexus chakra meditation.
Today we will be focusing on the solar plexus chakra,
Meditating on this center.
It's also known as the sun chakra,
The fire chakra,
In Manipura in Sanskrit.
This chakra is the center of our willpower,
Our self-esteem,
Our confidence.
To balance the chakra,
We will start off with some deep breathing.
I'll draw our focus to the solar plexus chakra and use chanting meditation to balance the space.
We will end our session with a silent meditation and we'll fine tune and use frequencies to help tune and balance this space.
For meditation,
I encourage you to come to a cross-legged seat with your spine straight on the ground.
If that's uncomfortable,
You can sit on a chair with your spine straight and your feet firmly planted on the ground.
Go ahead and make yourself comfortable now.
You can just pause this track and when you're ready,
We can resume and begin.
Let's start.
Take a nice deep inhale,
Filling up the lungs and release completely.
Breathe in and releasing all the tension out of your body,
Mind,
And soul.
Letting go of any thoughts as you release.
Take a nice deep inhale.
I'm relaxing peacefully.
As you exhale,
Relax your shoulders away from your ears.
Let all the tension go.
Breathing in,
Relaxing your face muscles,
Your neck muscles on your back.
Release as you exhale.
Breathing in,
Release your mind and breathe out.
Just letting go of all the stress and tension in your body now.
Breathing in fresh,
Cool air.
Observe your breath as you breathe in and release,
Letting all the tension go.
Breathing in fresh,
Cool air comes into your nostrils,
Purifying the body and release,
Letting all the air out.
Just observe and watch the exit of the breath as you release it.
Take a nice deep inhale.
Watch and observe your lungs expanding.
And just release as you relax even deeper,
Letting everything go,
Everything that no longer serves you.
All the tension is gone.
Take a nice deep inhale.
Your mind is becoming even calmer.
Release all the air out.
Breathing in,
I see myself as fire.
You can even envision yourself as flickering flames on top of a stack of logs.
As you breathe out,
Tell yourself,
I am confident.
I'm self-assured.
I am passionate.
I am full of life.
Breathing in,
I am fire.
Notice the flames.
Breathing out,
I am full of life.
I am full of confidence.
I am self-assured.
I am passionate.
We'll continue this meditation for one minute.
Breathing in,
I am fire.
Deep breath out,
I am full of energy.
Slow,
Deep breath in,
I am fire.
Even slower,
Deep breath out,
I am full of energy.
Breathing in,
I am fire.
Breathing out,
I am confident.
I am self-assured.

Draw your awareness down to your solar plexus.
It's just above the navel and below the ribcage.
Draw your awareness there.
Notice the color,
The sun,
This beautiful sun-like energy.
Golden sphere encompassing and radiating in this area.
This beautiful golden color,
Just like the sun.
Take a nice deep breath in.
The sphere expands.
As you breathe out,
It goes to each and every part of your body.
Life force energy is moving up your spine,
Going into every cell of your body.
This beautiful golden life energy.
Just observe it now.
We'll do this meditation for one minute.
Breathing in,
Watch and observe the sphere growing bigger.
Release all the air out as the energy spreads to other parts of your body.
Filling each and every cell with beautiful life force energy.
Breathing in,
Watch and observe the sphere grow and traveling up your spine.
Deep breath out.
Slow exhale out.
Every cell in your body is filled with this energy.
Every cell is full of life.
Breathing in,
Just observe how this beautiful golden yellow light is encompassing your whole body.
Now we'll use the mantra for the solar plexus.
The seed mantra is Ram.
We will chant Ram.
As we chant the mantra Ram,
This golden ball of light will start to expand and vibrate.
So let us begin.
Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Just notice and see how your solar plexus is vibrating.
Feel the vibrations.
They are now,
And it encompasses and expands to each and every cell of your body full of this life force energy.
We will continue to chant Ram.
Ram Ram Just smile as you meditate.
We will do silent meditation along with music to help tune and vibrate our solar plexus chakra.
During the silent meditation,
We will let the frequencies and the sound of the music penetrate and tune our solar plexus chakra.
So that it vibrates with the light frequency like the golden sun.
Keep all of your awareness on your solar plexus chakra and allow yourself to feel into this space.
Feel the vibrations and the vibrations penetrating your body.
Let us start.
Take a nice deep breath in and observe the fire deep within you.
Release the breath out.
Radiating this beautiful golden energy to the rest of your body.
Allowing it to encompass passion and confidence and self-assuredness.
Spreading and releasing out towards the universe.
Projecting this energy out to the universe as it comes back towards you.
You are full of energy.
Every cell of my body is filled with this energy,
With this passion,
This confidence,
Self-assuredness,
Self-esteem.
Rub your palms together and place them over your eyes.
Feel the heat from your palms.
Place them over your eyes.
Gently remove your palms and start to blink your eyes open.
Allow your gaze to look on everything that is beautiful around you.
Allow yourself to be radiant and give your radiance to everyone around you because it only comes back more in return.
