Hello,

Welcome.

Thank you so much for joining me today for this self-worth guided meditation.

I am so honored and privileged to have you join me today.

Thank you for taking this time out of your day.

I'll just start off by making yourself comfortable as comfort is boss and just free yourself from any distractions as we settle in to meditate.

Knowing that this moment is entirely for you.

So go ahead and find your sanctuary where you won't be disturbed for some time.

Whatever is comfortable for you,

Whether that's sitting,

Laying down,

Just make sure that your back is straight.

Make yourself as comfortable as possible.

You can even pause this track and resume when you're ready.

And just allow yourself to gently close your eyes if they're not already closed.

Just bring your full awareness into your body and just feel how your body goes relaxed and limp as we bring our conscious awareness to the feeling of your breath.

Following the inhales and the exhales as we breathe in and out rhythmically.

As we guide ourselves gently moving within,

Drawing your awareness inwards and allowing all your worries to fade away.

We are all made up of energy.

Whether you decide this energy to be whatever you project as what you will receive.

But for now,

Let's just imagine that you're protected by this orb of beautiful,

Soothing,

Blissful,

Tranquil,

Positive energy.

So just take a nice,

Slow,

Deep breath in as you start to feel this positive,

Soothing energy course through your entire body.

And as you exhale,

Release any negative thoughts of previous decisions,

Experiences,

Or concerns.

Inhaling in this moment,

Acknowledging that you're perfect just as you are.

And exhaling in this moment,

Knowing you are authentic just as you are.

No need to rewrite the past chapters of your life as we will rewrite the future chapters.

So I'm gonna count down,

Five down to one.

And as I count down,

Just begin to breathe even deeper.

Allow your body to relax and just allow all the outside noises and chowder to begin to fade away.

Five,

Inhale,

Breathing deep,

Feeling peace at your very core.

Exhale,

Allowing your sleep to drift even deeper.

Four,

Breathing in,

Trusting the feelings of inner worthiness and accepting yourself fully.

Breathing out,

Just slipping deeper into relaxation.

Three,

Inhalation,

Knowing your worth.

You always have been valuable.

You always have greatness within you.

Exhalation,

Feel the doubt,

The worry,

Dissolve away from your being.

Two,

Deep,

Slow breath in.

Replace past thoughts with new possibilities.

Slow,

Deep breath out.

Replace old fears with new decisions.

One,

Breathing in.

You are at complete peace.

You are a divine creator and you are now sitting in your true power.

Breathing out,

Bask in new possibilities.

Acknowledge your greater awareness,

Accepting the past and releasing it.

You can say to yourself out loud or within your own mind this next affirmation practice.

I move with mindful intention.

I learn from all of my past experiences.

My lessons prepare me for my breathtaking future.

I have needed every experience to prepare me for this moment.

There's no need to apologize for my past choices.

I have made the best choices I could based on what I knew.

I live in the possibility of now.

I evict shame,

Blame,

Guilt,

Regret,

And anger.

I let go of emotions that no longer serve me.

I am my own advocate.

Being my own activist brings me into my own true power.

I always speak on my own behalf.

I love me first.

I will be a first example of what it looks like to love me.

I declare what I need and I give myself what I need.

I have everything I need within me.

My life is joyous and abundant.

I am whole and complete.

I am enough just as I am.

My past decisions have brought me great experiences and lessons.

And for this next part,

We will show gratitude for our previous lessons and experiences.

I am grateful for my experiences and lessons.

I am grateful for the lessons learned through my family.

I am enough regardless what has happened in the past.

I am grateful for my lessons learned through my relationships.

I am grateful as I mature.

I have more compassion for myself and forgiveness.

I am grateful as my relationships evolve as well.

I am grateful for the lessons learned through difficult moments in my life.

I am grateful for the lessons learned through financial challenges.

I am grateful for the lessons learned through my family.

I am grateful for the lessons learned through past relationships.

I am grateful for the lessons learned from previous difficult moments.

I am now ready for the next blessing.

I acknowledge these past experiences have made me more prepared to grow.

I acknowledge and realized that everything my life,

The lessons,

The experiences were fuel and fertilizer to help grow and birth my breathtaking future.

So I watch and I observe it grow effortlessly.

The outcome I know is already brilliant.

So I take this time to celebrate myself,

My micro wins,

Because I know it's all the unsexy simple things that brings me to the macro wins.

So just go ahead and take a nice,

Slow,

Deep breath in as we steep into this sweetness and an even slower exhale as we tell ourselves,

I am here.

I am whole.

I am complete.

We tell ourselves,

I am a powerful being and I'm full of beautiful,

Positive possibilities.

And I declare unapologetically that I'm stepping into my greatness.

So today I'm allowing my light to shine.

Today I stand to my greatness.

I acknowledge and recognize my genius and I fully embrace my brilliance.

Today I embrace who I am and I own it.

Dimming my light does not serve my higher self or the planet.

And that's when I allow my light to shine even brighter.

I promise to illuminate the darkness,

Even the darkness around others.

And as I allow my light to shine,

I'm expressing self love to myself and with others.

By doing this,

I'll let liberate my soul in this very moment.

It's my pleasure to liberate those around me without any effort.

So just take a nice deep inhale and exhale,

Letting that go.

As today,

We declare to no longer shrink or fit to small crevices of the world.

And your inner knowing stands boldly and expands all the light from within.

Be the superheroes of the world and exhale any doubt,

Any fears and worries.

Inhale and acknowledge out loud.

I am ready.

Exhale,

I say to myself and to the universe,

I'm ready to live my authentic life.

Inhale,

I realize now that I don't have to wait until I'm perfect.

I already am perfect.

I'm ready for this assignment.

Exhale any lies that I have told myself previously.

Inhale,

Breathe in the truth and knowingness that my future has nothing but breathtaking,

Life changing,

Beautiful experiences within it.

I exhale the doubt,

The worry,

And knowing that I can handle whatever the universe places in front of me.

Inhale the love and the joy that I deserve.

I exhale the doubt and the worry that they won't accept me as I am and knowing they love me as I am.

It's my quirks.

It is my peculiarities that make me human.

So now go ahead and introduce your beautiful self,

Your authentic self to the world because you are ready,

You are worthy,

And you always deserve it.

So go ahead and take a nice deep slow inhale and just feel your body exhale completely.

We will just pause here for a moment as we allow all of this information to absorb and integrate and just start to feel your heartbeat.

Notice your breathing.

Feel your hands,

Fingertips,

Tingles of aliveness.

Bring your awareness and feel the floor or the back of the chair or the bed that you're laying in.

You can just start to move your legs and your arms slowly and gently stretching into new possibilities.

Bring your palms together in front of your chest and start to rub your palms together creating heat and friction.

And just go ahead and place your palms over top of your eyes and allow your palms and your hands to drop down into your lap feeling the greatness,

The liveness coursing through your body as you step into your bright new future.

You can slowly start to open your eyes,

Smile towards yourself,

Breathing in your new possibility and opportunities and exhaling anything that might get in your way.

Again,

Breathing in new possibilities and opportunities and exhaling anything that might get in your way.

Slowly,

If you're laying down,

Bring yourself to an upright seated position.

Drawing your palms in towards your chest,

Bowing your head,

Acknowledging yourself,

Acknowledging your teachers and acknowledging your future teachers.

Shine your inner light and your fire.
