Let's tap into our inner wisdom and expand ourselves,
Reaching out into the depths of the world,
Allowing and filtering in love,
Out love.
So take a nice deep inhale as we make ourselves into a comfortable seat,
As we will be here for a little while.
Allow yourself to have 20 to 30 minutes where you won't be disturbed as we begin cultivating love into our meditation.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Just start to draw your awareness down to your heart space.
Take a nice deep inhale,
Filling into this space,
Drawing in passion for yourself,
Drawing in love for yourself,
And drawing in self-assurance for yourself.
Then exhale slowly,
Drawing in deeper love and compassion into this space.
You can start to visualize loving energy into your nostrils,
Flowing down your throat and expanding into your chest,
Breathing in and out as it radiates to each and every cell in your body.
So free and stable,
Grounded,
All at the same time.
Breathing,
Take a nice big belly breath in,
Up through the stomach,
More sip of air,
And release completely.
We'll do two more breaths like this,
Breathing into the belly,
Breathing into the back ribs,
Breathing into the collarbones,
Breathing into the crown of the head,
Draw your shoulders away from your ears,
And release everything out.
Breathing into the belly,
Breathing into the back ribs,
Into the collarbones,
Breathing into the crown of the head,
And release,
Letting all the air out.
Just drawing in more love and compassion into your heart space as we cultivate.
So that sees deeper into your heart space,
Just allow yourself to feel this sensation.
Breathing in,
Take a nice deep breath in,
Slow inhale,
Filling up the lungs,
And exhale completely allowing each and every cell of your body to be filled with love.
Love for yourself,
Love for others,
Love for all the beings on this planet.
Breathing in,
Just visualize your whole body,
Rose,
Rose gold color,
Beautiful,
Just bask in this color as you breathe out.
Breathing in,
Breathing out as the color of this rose,
Beautiful gold color,
Spreads to your entire body,
Encompassing you in this orb of beautiful radiant rose colored.
Just allow yourself to steep into this energy,
The softness,
The tenderness,
Allow actions to come into your existence.
And we will continue on with a silent meditation for a couple of minutes.
If you are satisfied with how the sensations feel in your body,
You can draw your awareness back to your heart space.
Just place your awareness here for one last moment.
Just pulling all that beautiful loving energy into this space,
Filling you up.
You can even place one hand on your chest,
Over your heart,
Drawing even more awareness to this space.
And just enjoy the sensations and the vibrations that you may be feeling here,
The expansion,
The opening.
Just allow yourself to smile,
You are love,
You can place your love out into the universe as it reflects back towards you.
