Welcome to this guided meditation for the Beaver Full Moon Anaclypse.
This is a great time to reflect on our relationships with others and ourselves.
My name is Joy D.
Fanning and I will be guiding you through today's meditation.
To begin,
Take a seat or lay down,
Move around and get comfortable,
Then close your eyes.
To calm your body and mind,
Take deep breaths in through your nose,
Filling your belly and chest.
Hold for 4 seconds at the top,
Then exhale out through your mouth in an audible sigh.
Now,
Take a seat or lay down,
Move around and take a seat or lay down,
Then exhale out through your nose.
Let your breathing return to normal now.
You are standing by a reflecting pool.
The stars and the moon are the only light you see.
The night air is cold but inviting.
Before you look into the water,
Think about the relationships in your life.
Some you may be grateful for,
Others you may feel all need to end.
Think of a relationship you'd like clarity on.
Hold that in your mind and then look in the water.
Hold no expectations as to what you will see or experience.
Now,
Take a seat or lay down.
Now,
Take a seat or lay down.
You You You You Now is time to reflect inward How is the relationship with yourself?
