Welcome dear one to this morning meditation.
Now allow yourself to sit in a comfortable position.
Slowly stretch your neck,
Blink your eyes,
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Relax yourself.
Place your palms on your laps,
Facing open and happily close your eyes and begin this meditation with a smile.
Now breathe slowly and deeply.
As you slowly breathe out,
Let go of all stress and allow all the unwanted energies to flow out from your body,
Mind and soul.
Now breathe in deeply and slowly,
Breathe out slowly,
Breathe in deeply,
Slowly and fully,
Breathe out slowly and completely,
Breathe in deeply and fully and breathe out slowly and completely.
One last deep breath in,
Fill yourself with divine life force energy and as you exhale release everything that you don't need.
Now breathe naturally,
Slowly scanning your body,
Scan through your head,
Your face,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your chest,
Your diaphragm,
Your hips,
Moving down to your thighs,
Your legs,
Your feet and your toes.
As your body is relaxing,
Breathe consciously,
Breathing in divine new energy into your body and exhale,
Breathing in more new divine energy from the universe and exhale,
Breathing in confidence,
Strength,
Will power on this new day,
Now breathe out,
Breathing in love,
Happiness,
Joy and peace and exhale,
Relax yourself,
Feel the vibrant energy flows through your body naturally,
Feel the life force energy,
Nourish every cell of your body,
Let it flow easily and know that all is well.
Now repeat the affirmations after me,
Today is a new day,
May I be happy and free,
May I be well,
Safe and free from suffering,
May all beings everywhere be happy and free,
May all beings everywhere be well,
Safe and free from suffering,
Today I release all my limitations,
I have everything I need to create a better day,
I release all my negative emotions,
I lead my day with love and peace,
On this new day I see obstacles as opportunities,
I let go of my fearful and anxious thoughts about the future,
I let go of my stress and worries about the past,
On this new day I cultivate presence and opportunities,
Each day is a new opportunity and today I choose to feel great,
Every cell in my body radiates positive energy,
Today I allow the universe to bless me with new blessings,
Now breathe in and breathe out,
Know that all is well,
I am grateful for my body and mind,
I am grateful for my smile and life,
I am grateful for this new day,
New beginnings,
New opportunities and today I cherish my soul with positive thoughts,
Now take a deep breath in,
Stomach and ribcage expand and exhale with a big sigh,
Feel the fullness,
Nourishment in your body,
Mind and soul,
Now slowly roll your shoulders,
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Relax yourself and open your eyes to the beautiful world around you,
Trusting and knowing that today is going to be a wonderful day,
