Welcome dear one for today's pranayama practice balanced breath benefits it balances the energy in your body and mind it improves immunity it decreases stress it helps to calm your mind also it improves circulation in your body.

Now in a comfortable seated position or even lying down on the floor on your back allow your eyes to close and breathe naturally simply notice your inhalation and exhalation.

Now how to do balanced breath this is a simple technique that you can do anywhere at any time all you need to do is inhale through your nose to the count of six and exhale through your nose to the count of six.

We will do three rounds of breathing practice with 18 cycles each also there will be bills to assist you along with the music all you need to do is to listen to the music and breathe slowly and steadily throughout the practice.

Let's begin now inhale exhale.

Exhale When you're ready,

You can start your first level.

You can start the second level by going to the second one.

You can start the third one by going to the fourth one.

You can start the fifth one by going to the sixth one.

You can start the sixth one by going to the seventh one.
