Welcome dear one,

Become comfortable with your spine straight,

If it feels right,

Softly close your eyes,

Take a cleansing breath in,

Slowly breathe out,

Breathe in,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Feel your breath becoming calm and natural,

Feel your in-breath,

Feel your body relaxing as you settle into stillness,

Arriving here in this moment.

Dear one,

Give yourself permission to receive,

If you wish you can repeat the affirmations silently after me,

I am safe,

I am home,

Today I invite positive thoughts into my mind,

I release all negative thoughts,

I release all limiting thoughts,

My mind is calm,

Clear and peaceful,

My thoughts are gentle and supportive,

Breathe in positive energy,

Breathe out,

Release any tension,

Positive energy flows through my body,

Divine life force fills my entire being,

Just for today I choose thoughts of hope and confidence,

I choose thoughts of love and peace,

I let go of my fears and doubts,

I allow trust and positivity to grow within me,

My heart is full of gratitude,

Thoughts are filled with harmony,

I radiate joy and happiness aligned with love,

Aligned with light,

I am aligned with peace and positivity,

Breathe in gratitude,

Breathe out,

Releasing your worries and anxious thoughts,

Now become aware of your body and breath,

Embracing the calm positive energy that fills your whole being with every breath,

Carry these positive thoughts throughout your day,

Now breathe in and exhale with a sigh,

When you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Becoming aware of the world around you,
