Place yourself in this haven,
Feeling its tranquility seep into your very being.
As you stand here,
You notice a balloon.
This balloon represents your anxiety.
Slowly,
Begin placing any worries,
Fears,
Or stresses into this balloon.
With each worry,
The balloon expands slightly.
Once you have placed all your anxieties into this balloon,
Gently release it.
Watch as it drifts up into the sky,
Getting smaller and smaller,
Carrying your worries away with it.
As the balloon fades into the distance,
Turn your attention back to your surroundings in this serene haven.
Notice the calm breeze,
The gentle sounds of nature,
And the grounded feeling beneath your feet.
Allow these sensations to anchor you in the present.
Feel the weight of your worries lessen.
Each breath you take deepens your sense of calm.
Whisper to your soul,
In this moment,
