This meditation is a gentle practice in allowing uncomfortable emotions to exist - without analysing, suppressing, or trying to make them go away. It’s about developing emotional steadiness, distress tolerance, and internal safety. Rather than focusing on relaxation, this track guides you into steady contact with your body and breath, helping you build the capacity to stay present with difficult sensations in a regulated way. You’ll be invited to: • Notice where discomfort is felt in the body • Observe its qualities (without judgement) • Practise making room for the experience instead of resisting it You are always in control of how deeply you go. You can pull back at any time. Over time, this practice helps strengthen emotional resilience, self-trust, and the ability to relate to discomfort without being overwhelmed by it.
