Welcome beautiful world.

This is Isabella Roback,

An authentic well-being.

Today I'd like to share with you beautiful grounding meditation.

I'm going to guide you through the beautiful,

Beautiful vision,

How to ground yourself,

How to connect yourself with the beautiful fundamental energies of Mother Earth,

How to feel rooted,

Stable,

How to feel connected and belonging.

I'd like you to find a place,

A spot where you would like to either sit,

Maybe lay down.

I would like to have you to at least have some part of your body connected to the floor or to the ground,

Or maybe to the earth,

To the grass in the park,

Wherever you are.

It could be by simply sitting on the bench while your feet touching ground,

Or sitting on the grass,

Or on the floor cross-legged,

Or straight legs in front of you,

Or even lying down,

Whatever is comfortable for you.

I'm giving you a little bit time now to position yourself.

If you need some extra time,

Please pause this video and get position,

Get maybe a little bit of water,

So you can be ready.

I would like you to connect with your breath.

I'd like you to just breathe at your natural,

Normal pace.

Now I'd like you to take 3 to 4 deep breaths in,

Hold for 2 counts,

And slowly breathe out.

We can do it together.

Breathe in,

Hold,

And breathe out.

Breathe in,

Feel your chest rising,

Hold,

And breathe out.

Feel your chest collapsing.

Let's do it one more time.

Hold,

1,

2,

And breathe out.

I'd like you to know there is nowhere you need to be right now,

There is nothing you need to do right now.

There is only this present moment.

There is only this moment where you can be for yourself.

Please sense any tensions in your body,

See if you are holding any stress in particular parts of your body.

We don't need to name the feelings or sensations,

We don't need to judge,

We don't need to even know right now.

We just want to locate them,

We just want to feel if they are maybe in our shoulders or neck,

Maybe in our bellies,

Maybe in our hips,

Arms,

Maybe in our jaw.

Breathe in to that tense part of your body with the loving light energies.

The simple nurturing and air massaging that tense part of your body.

Breathe in,

And breathe out.

Imagine that air soothing and massaging very gently that tense parts.

I'd like you now to imagine that you are heavier on your pelvic floor,

That you are actually grounded and attached to the base of whatever you sit on,

Or whatever you touch with your feet or your body too.

Feel that connection.

Now imagine a little tiny roots growing out of your pelvic floor,

Out of your feet,

Just like those little roots growing out of the seed.

They are gentle,

They are tiny,

But they are very,

Very energized.

They are growing and growing,

They are going through all the layers of whatever is on their way.

Is it a building,

Foundation layers,

Some floors,

Maybe the chair?

Imagine it's going through all those man-made layers into the earth,

And then through the grass,

Through the layers of the earth and soil and rocks.

They grow,

And as they grow,

They become stronger,

They become more netted,

They're building up an amazing network.

They ground you,

Ground you more and more in that Mother Earth,

In that planet we are existing on.

Let those roots go deeper and deeper through all those layers of the planet into another layer and another layer,

Another,

All the way to the core.

Imagine how suddenly your roots touched that hot,

Boiling,

Energized,

Fiery core of this planet.

How fierce,

How thirsty your roots were,

And how energized they suddenly started feeling,

Soaking into that fiery energy from the deep,

Deep core of Mother Earth and the planet.

Imagine the golden,

Golden lava soaked by your roots now being soaked all the way through all those layers,

Up,

Up,

And up,

Up to your pelvic floor.

Imagine,

Just like drinking through the straw,

You are drinking and drinking and eating and being so fed with that beautiful,

Energizing energy,

That golden,

Golden lava flowing all the way from the core of the planet all the way to you,

To your pelvic floor.

Imagine the abundance of it,

So huge,

That it's that feeling of your body.

Feel the warmth.

Feel the hotness.

Feel the density of that golden lava.

Feel and sense how this lava is feeling every cell of your being,

Every cell of your body,

With this warm,

Golden light.

Now,

I'd like you to raise your arms up all the way to the heaven and sky,

As high as you can possibly do.

If you have any shoulder issues,

Please do imagine that.

If you can,

Please raise your hands,

Raise your arms,

And look up with your closed eyes.

Look up,

All the way up,

And see how this golden lava is just exploding from your heart,

From your crown,

Chakra,

From your throat,

From your eyes,

From your head,

From your arms and hands,

All the way up to the sky.

Now,

You are connecting the core of Mother Earth through your body,

Through your own chakras,

All the way up to the sky,

To Divine,

To the abundant infinite cosmos,

Up,

Up,

There.

Be a channel,

Be a portal for that energy to flow through you,

Through you,

And from you.

Imagine,

Feel,

And sense how unique,

How important,

How blessed,

How connected,

How powerful you are as that portal.

Feel supported,

Feel held.

You are in between two powerful,

Powerful sources of Divine support.

You are held up between the infinite cosmos and down between the very grounding,

Rooted,

Powerful core of Mother Earth.

Take your time to breathe in to that golden,

Golden lava energy.

Take your time to look up again at the infinite cosmos and see how held you are.

You are safe.

You belong.

You are held.

You are supported.

I'd like you to bring your hands on your heart or in the prayer position and bow slightly saying you are credited to Mother Earth,

Who keeps you and holds you rooted so strongly,

Who feeds you with such a support and groundiness.

Say thank you to the infinite cosmos,

Which keeps you held,

Which keeps you safe.

You belong.

You belong.

Take a couple of breaths in and out,

Still soaking into that beautiful warm energies in your body.

Thank you to yourself and to your heart.

If you want to stay longer in this moment,

Please do so.

If you are ready to come back,

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Get last deep breath in,

Hold for one and two and breathe out.

And as you are breathing out,

Gently open your eyes to the room around you or place around you.

Smile and say thank you.

And you are complete.
