Welcome to day number one of our meditation course.

Today's meditation will be about reconnecting and anchoring yourself again to your inner center of silence.

So take a deep breath and deeply breathe out and when you breathe out go with your awareness into your body and feel your body.

Feel how you're sitting right now with your spine erect,

Your head straight,

Your attention in your body.

Feel how your breath flows naturally.

How your breath is flowing and then leaving your body again.

Your body is just there present and still.

Your breath is like waves in the ocean.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Allow your breath to be your meditation in this moment.

Allow your breath to carry you to a deep state of silence and peace.

Allow your mind and your thoughts to melt down.

Imagine how your mind and your thoughts and energies in your head are melting down your spine,

Your feet and how this energy is leaving your body into the ground.

And feel how there is that naturally a sense of peace and silence spreading in your body.

Like a flower that is opening and spreading,

Spreading a fragrance with peace.

Feel how the stillness is deeply rooted and connected to your true being anchored in your soul.

Stay there with your attention.

Find your home in this stillness,

In the space of stillness and peace.

And your breath is your bridge to come back home into this space.

Every time you feel your attention drifting away or thinking,

Reconnect to your breath and reconnect to this place of stillness.

Stay there with your attention.

Find your home in this stillness,

In the space of stillness and peace.

And your breath is your bridge to come back home into this space.

Stay there with your attention.

Find your home in this stillness,

In the space of stillness and peace.

And your breath is your bridge to come back home into this space.

Stay there with your attention.

Find your home in this stillness,

In the space of stillness and peace.

Stay there with your attention.

Find your home in this stillness,

In the space of stillness and peace.

And then take another deep breath to complete our first meditation.

And really remember this place and the stillness in you the rest of the day.

Whatever activities you follow,

Don't forget to remember this place in yourself.

Especially when you are busy to always come back to this and to learn to stay rooted in the silence,

To do things out of the silence.

And this is your challenge today.

To really reconnect to this over and over and over again.

Especially in stressful situations to remind yourself of this place in you that is always there,

Never changing,

Like the eye of the tornado.

And with this challenge we will complete our today's session.

So have a beautiful,

Silent,

Peaceful day.

Really enjoyed the metaphors of breath being like waves on the shore and the inner silence being like the stillness in the eye of the tornado 🌪 always there despite whatever madness is going on outside. Really nice 👍🏼

Was feeling a little off and just not my truest self so here I am, taking control and practicing a meditation. This one instantly soothed me and I feel so much lighter. Thank you

Peaceful. Nice instrumental background. Didn't want it to end. (The end was a bit abrupt. Maybe taper off in future ones.)
