Let's travel to your inner sanctuary.
This is a special place that only you can create,
That only you can imagine.
And this sanctuary can change at any given time just because of how you imagine it to be.
How you feel in this sanctuary is important as well.
So make any adjustments,
Make sure you're comfortable,
Warm,
That you can soften.
Soften the body.
Allow your breathing to be natural and comfortable.
Maybe let out a few sighs as you transition from wherever you're at to this inner sanctuary.
And as you take some nice gentle breaths and your mind quiets down,
Imagine and just let your mind play here.
And preferably your inner sanctuary is somewhere in nature.
Could be in a meadow near a mountain or a stream.
It could be on a beach or a tropical island.
It could be somewhere that you've never been before,
Even on a star or traveling through the cosmos.
Let yourself be playful.
Let yourself be in this place that feels good,
Knowing in your mind that you can create it,
Manage it,
Rearrange this place as you would like it to be.
That's for now for this meditation.
As you look around your inner sanctuary,
What details do you notice?
Are there sounds like birds chirping or a river passing over rocks?
Maybe there's wind rustling the leaves of the trees.
Maybe it's just very quiet,
A gentle lap on the ocean shore from the waves.
Maybe some seagulls in the distance.
Notice the sounds.
And what other details do you notice?
Are there wild flowers in the meadow of every imaginable color?
Do you see wildlife out in the distance,
A deer grazing?
Or perhaps you're seeing a sunset over the ocean as it gently drops down.
Or perhaps thousands of stars as you look up into the night sky.
Continue to place whatever images,
Details,
Sounds in your sanctuary that make it extra special for you,
That allow you to feel good and safe and comfortable,
Perhaps even inspired or insightful.
In this inner sanctuary of yours that you've created,
See yourself there as well.
You could be laying down,
Resting in a hammock,
Perhaps just even resting on the earth itself or floating.
Maybe you're standing or walking or dancing.
See yourself in this place doing,
Being exactly what you'd like,
What you most need at this time.
And when you're ready,
Bring yourself to a place of stillness.
It may just be staying in the same place or position that you're in.
It could be seeing yourself moving to a different place or spot or position.
You might sit under a tree.
You might lounge.
You might place yourself on the river or the ocean.
Just allow yourself to settle in to this inner sanctuary,
To this special place so that you can reflect.
You can reflect on all this place is for you and being more aware of how it supports you,
Nourishes you,
Gives you a safe place to rest or dance or be yourself.
Knowing that you can be in this place at any time just by closing your eyes and seeing yourself there with all that you need around you.
Breathing and enjoying.
And in this place,
If you'd like,
You can ask a question.
You're in this still quiet place of receptivity,
Of connection to your true self in this safe place.
Is there anything that you'd like to know?
Allow this inner wisdom to come forward into your awareness by just listening,
By relaxing,
By being in this inner sanctuary.
You have an inner wisdom available and accessible.
Then you can experience this wisdom whenever you would like.
So if you're receiving any answers or insights,
Wonderful.
And they also may come to you through a different way or maybe a different time.
So just take a few more moments and just asking a question or even is there anything that I need to know right now and breathe and listen.
You'll know,
You'll know from this divine guidance.
It's usually very short,
Very precise and clear.
So these are just a few moments before I enter thisria.
