Please find a comfortable position either sitting or lying down just being sure that you are comfortable and your body is supported and you are feeling at ease.
And when you're ready just close your eyes and start to notice your breath.
Just notice the gentle rise and fall of your belly.
Notice the natural rhythm and cadence of your breath.
And then slowly begin to lengthen your inhales and exhales.
Place your attention and your awareness on your heart,
On your belly,
Maybe placing your hands on your body,
One on your heart,
One on your belly,
Signaling to yourself that you are safe.
And as you inhale slow deep fluid intentional breaths filling up the lungs from the bottom to the top.
And as you exhale release feeling the lungs deflate feeling the ribs knit back together at the bottom of the breath.
Inhale again nice and full and slow and exhale let it go.
One more time big full inhale and as you exhale with a sigh let the shoulders drop let your body soften and set the intention to surrender.
Begin by gently bringing any moments to mind where you felt the need to change or compromise or hide parts of yourself to gain approval or affection from others.
Just acknowledge these experiences without judgment.
Understanding that this is all part of your path.
As you inhale breathe in love and light.
Hold that in your body,
Hold it in your cells,
Hold it in your heart.
Imagine yourself being immersed in this golden orb of healing light.
And as you exhale imagine that you're releasing the need to compromise,
To settle,
To justify,
Allowing your true self to emerge.
With each inhale remind yourself that you deserve love for who you truly are.
And when you exhale let go of the belief that you must be anything to anyone other than who you truly are.
You are worthy of love exactly as you are.
Love yourself.
Forgive yourself.
Let go of judgment and criticism.
Keep breathing and softening and releasing.
Feeling the weight of these compromises.
Lifting out of your cells,
Lifting out of your shoulders,
Out of your neck,
Out of your belly.
Creating space for genuine acceptance and self-love.
Breathing in,
Telling yourself I am free to express myself openly and honestly.
I attract relationships that honor who I really am.
My authenticity is my greatest strength.
And I release the fear of losing love by being me.
I am enough exactly as I am.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Just focus on your breath and ask yourself these questions.
What is it that I felt the need to compromise for?
What type of validation was I seeking?
Is the fear of being alone more powerful than the fear of being seen?
Make the commitment to yourself right now in this moment to be who you really are.
Unafraid,
Unapologetically whole.
Allow your soul to shine,
Your heart light to shine,
Releasing any judgments of any choices that you've made in your past.
Every breath,
Every moment is an opportunity to begin again.
And you can begin right here,

In this moment to commit to yourself,
To your authentic being,
And make a commitment to love you exactly as you are.
Feel into who that person is.
Set the intention to connect with your true self.
Embrace the idea of living authentically,
Where you alter your thoughts and feelings and beliefs without judgment.
