This is one of the seven meditations through chakras. The heart chakra for thousands of years has been known as the center of love, balance, compassion, unity and appreciation. This meditation will help us to balance our fourth chakra and to unblock our life energy.

Bell rings Bell rings Bell rings And let's take our hands at the heart.

You can keep your eyes closed or open and let's establish intention.

Let's honor our intention.

Bell rings As where there is intention there is connection and where there is connection there is a cure.

So you stay focused on your intention.

Take a comfortable space.

You can rest your hands on your knees or laps.

Heart chakra in Sanskrit Anahata chakra.

Location,

Center of the chest associated with element of air,

Sense of touch and color green.

The heart chakra for thousands of years has been known as the center of love,

Balance,

Compassion,

Unity,

Appreciation.

So when our heart chakra is healthy,

Stays open and the energy flow very purely,

We are compassionate,

Giving person without expecting anything in return.

Mostly is blocked by hate.

So when is blocked,

On the physical aspect we might experience pain around the chest,

Lungs,

Shoulders,

Heart,

Our hands,

Arms.

On the mental level we tend to isolate,

We frequently feel jealous,

We feel lonely and we find it difficult to trust others.

So let's heal our heart,

Let's nourish our heart.

So right here,

Right now,

I would like to ask you to drop all your worries,

Problems,

Responsibilities,

Duties,

Alerts,

Defense mechanism,

All the masks from your faces,

All the armors from around your heart.

I want you to feel naked,

So take off your skin made of past,

Maybe even toxic past and do your best to feel like defenseless child.

Breathing in,

Slow and deep,

Feel the fresh air is entering your body,

Feel it.

Breathing out intentionally,

Free yourself from the past,

Clear your skin,

Your bones.

Breathing in,

Slow and deep,

And feel the fresh air is spreading inside,

Feel it with every cell in your body.

Breathing out,

Free yourself from the past,

Clear your skin,

Clear your bones.

Breathing in,

Feel this freshness around your heart,

Really try to feel it.

And as you breathe out,

Feel yourself free from toxic,

Toxic experience and clear your skin,

Your bones.

Visualize right now color green and let's focus on the heart center,

Center of the chest.

I would like to take you today,

Right now,

To the space where our reality will become better than our dreams.

So visualize color green,

Focus on the center of the chest where our heart is located,

And maybe we can focus on the element of air and sense of touch.

Can you hear the sound of wind?

Sound of trees.

Wind,

Sound of trees.

What does trees harm about?

What does leaves harm about?

Maybe they harm a song of love,

That there is nothing more important in our life than harming love together with the trees.

Try to feel this wind,

Try to feel this touch of wind,

Touch of God.

Try to feel this touch of wind,

Touch of God.

Try to hear this song of love,

Feel this touch of wind,

Touch of God.

So let's take our hands at the heart,

The center of the chest,

And just look for the vibration within you.

Look for the warmth within you.

And let's just try to massage our heart.

So just try to slowly move your hands,

Drawing a circle,

And imagine that you are applying a lotion of green light.

So we are nourishing our heart right now,

Our chest,

Our lungs.

So gently massage,

Feel this connection with your heart,

With the touch and the lotion of green light.

So let's keep our hands and please come to stillness.

And let's feel our heart right now,

A beating of our heart.

Feel the warmth spreading around your heart and melting all the walls and armors.

Feel the warmth spreading around our heart,

Melting all the walls and armors,

All the masks.

Hear your heart,

Feel your heart,

Sense your heart.

And let's begin our breathing with affirmation.

You can hold your hands at the heart or you can drop your hands all the way down on your laps or knees.

Breathing in,

You can repeat silently or loud,

I am love.

Breathing out,

My heart is free from all the wounds of the past.

Breathing in,

I am love.

Breathing out,

My heart chakra is open and I am ready to receive and I am ready to give.

Breathing in,

I am love.

Breathing out,

My heart is free from all the wounds of the past.

Breathing in,

I am love.

Breathing out,

My heart chakra is open and I am ready to receive and I am ready to give.

Breathing in,

I am love.

Breathing out,

Every cells of my body is filled by love and compassion.

Breathing in,

I am love and everything around me is becoming love.

Breathing out,

Every cells of my body is filled by love and compassion.

And you can repeat silently or loud,

I am love.

I am love.

I can hear the song of trees,

I can hear the song of leaves.

I can feel the touch of air.

I can feel the touch of God.

I can see beauty in everything and everyone.

I feel light in my heart.

I can feel without fear.

Love is spreading inside.

Trace humming the song of love.

I can see beauty in everything and everyone.

I want to feel again.

I want to feel again.

I want to feel,

Sense again.

No fear,

No pain.

I want to feel and sense again.

And now let's take a moment to sip essence of love.

So let's gently open mouth and very slowly,

Very gently inhale through the mouth like you are sipping the water.

So let's start together.

Take a deep and long breath through the mouth.

Sipping the water.

At the end of the inhalation hold your breath for one second and strongly focus on your heart.

And exhale all the way through the mouth or nose.

One breath,

Long breath out.

And again.

Let's sip together through the mouth.

Maybe you can even raise your chest,

Your lungs.

Hold your breath and strongly focus on your heart.

Visualize color green and slowly exhale.

And again take a slow and deep breath through the mouth like you were sipping the water.

Hold your breath at the end of the inhalation for one second and strongly focus on your heart and visualize color green.

And one more time.

Sip the breath through the mouth,

Essence of love,

Essence of life.

Strongly focus on your heart and visualize green color.

And again.

Raise your chest up,

Hold your breath at the end of the inhalation.

Feel your heart,

See your heart.

And exhale all the way.

Let's do last one.

At the end of the inhalation hold your breath and strongly focus on your heart.

See your heart,

Visualize color green and exhale.

And just take a moment right now.

Take a moment and feel your heart.

Maybe you can take one more both hands this time and hold your hands the center of your chest.

And feel yourself as a love.

From earth to water,

To fire,

To air.

I grow in strength,

I feel my power raising from my roots,

From my guts,

From my heart,

From my vision.

Releasing dust from the past.

And now I'm drinking essence of love.

Nourishing my heart.

Nourishing my life.

Try to see yourself as one,

As wholeness.

Between your mind,

Between your body and between your heart.

What we need is less.

What we need is to love and accept ourselves.

And just take a moment to thank yourself for being the way you are.

Just take a moment and appreciate what you have.
