Your third chakra is an important center of power. The third chakra, called Manipura, is associated with fire, an element that is always in motion. In many ways, both literal and figurative, fire gives us mobility, power, warmth, transformation, and light. And these are the primary qualities of this chakra.

The sound you just hear or is surrounding us is a fire.

It is a fire that is burning.

It is a fire that is burning.

It is a fire that is burning.

It is a fire that is burning.

The sound you just hear or is surrounding us is a fire.

I'm hoping you will feel some warmth inside and around you.

So let's focus on our intention.

Truly,

Deeply,

Purely.

And where there is intention,

There is connection.

And where there is connection,

There is a cure.

You can rest your hands.

Keep your eyes closed.

Mani pura chakra.

It is one of the third of the primary chakras.

In Sanskrit we call Agni chakra,

Also known as fire chakra.

A location at the navel and the space above.

So if you would like you can place your hands onto this area.

You don't have to.

Mani pura chakra is associated with element of fire,

Sense of sight,

And represent colour yellow.

Yellow like sun,

Yellow like fire.

So please keep your hands if you wish,

If you would like.

On the navel or above,

Keep your eyes closed.

And visualise fire,

Sun,

Yellow colour,

And keep your eyes closed.

And let's begin a deep breath in,

Our deep breathing.

So I would like you to feel if you hold your hands on your belly.

Then if you will take your breath in,

Your hands will raise up.

So a little bit deeper if possible.

So let's take a deep breath in through the nose.

Your belly raising and your hands.

And take a deep breath out and feel that your hands,

Your belly,

Is falling into the place.

And again,

Take a deep breath in.

Feel your belly raising,

Your hands,

Maybe side of the ribcage,

Maybe your chest.

And slowly exhale.

Let's take a few rounds of deep breathing.

You can do on your own time,

No rush,

No rush.

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out.

Manipurachakra,

Its purpose is transformation.

Represents strength,

Energy,

Self-confidence,

Sense of self-motivation.

When it's blocked at the physiological level,

We can notice it when we have a digestive problem,

Nutrition problem,

Problem with our guts and colon,

With our internal organs,

Maybe liver,

Pancreas.

At the mental level,

We can notice when we are getting irritated very quick,

Very fast,

When we are reacting maybe with anger to the new things or maybe even to our routine.

Anger is the main emotion,

Dominant emotion when our manipurachakra is blocked at the mental level.

So right here,

Right now,

Ask yourself how you feel.

How is your relation into this new moment right now?

Also we can notice when our manipurachakra is blocked at the mental aspect,

We don't like to face new things in our life.

We are stepping back.

And the fear is taking control.

Anger and fear.

So when you experience anger,

You can ask yourself what you are afraid of.

Because anger is nothing else but our fear.

Anger is very addictive emotion and it's given us a lot of energy,

A lot of power.

So today,

Right here,

Right now,

Working to bring the balance towards our manipurachakra,

I'm hoping you will have a chance to observe your life regarding this third primary chakra.

Hold your hands on your belly if you can,

If you wish.

Keep your eyes closed.

Visualize fire,

Maybe sun and yellow color.

I can see clearly myself.

I belong to myself.

I belong to myself when I look at the trees,

Mountains,

Rocks.

I belong to myself when I look into the water.

I can feel myself when I look on fire.

Right here,

Right now,

My feet are ready to hold me steady.

And I'm ready to explore more of new aspect of my life.

Feel the swarm of fire spreading.

Your feet are grounded.

The earth is beneath you right now.

You feel safe.

And there is a water flowing inside,

Helping us to keep our ego healthy,

Our mind and body.

And this warmth from this fire right now is giving us a lot of energy.

And believe that you can move even mountains and trees.

Feel that power arising within you.

Feel this power,

Awakening within you.

And let's shift our attention onto our breath.

Take a deep and slow breath in.

Every day is a new challenge.

Take a deep breath out.

I feel calm and ready to face new moment in my life.

Take a deep breath in.

Every day is a new challenge.

Take a deep breath out.

I am so calm right now and I am ready to face new moments in my life.

Breathing in.

Every day is a new challenge.

Breathing out.

I feel calm and ready to face all new moments in my life.

Breathing in.

I control how I respond to all new situations.

Breathing out.

As I look at them being calm and humble.

Breathing in.

I feel sense of growing warmth within me.

Breathing out.

I see yellow light around.

Please come back to your normal breathing.

Keep your eyes closed.

Maybe even gently you can massage your lower belly.

And try to see fire.

Try to feel fire.

Try to sense fire.

Try to be fire.

Try to see fire.

Try to feel fire.

And within it try to see and feel transformation is happening right now.

There is a strength awaking within you.

Your feet are ready to hold you steady.

And there is water flowing inside.

And this warmth from this fire.

Can you feel this power awaking within you right now?

The yellow fire is spreading spark light between past and the future.

Between known and unknown.

And there is a fire dancing.

And I can see a dance of life.

I feel warmth growing.

The energy is awaking.

The energy wants to be moved and transformed.

I am ready.

Let's shift our attention into our breath.

And again please take a deep breath in.

Slow,

No rush.

I touched the fire.

Breathing out,

Fire touched me.

Breathing in,

I touched fire.

Breathing out,

I am touched by fire.

Breathing in,

Slow and deep.

I touched the fire.

Breathing out,

I am touched by fire.

Feel this warmth awaking within you.

Burning all this heaviness.

All the obstacles.

Burning everything and their physiological aspect and mental aspect.

Just stay present.

Stay focused.

Breathing in.

I feel infinity possibilities.

Awaking within me.

Breathing out.

I feel depth of the earth.

Breathing in.

I feel infinity possibilities of myself.

Awaking right now within me.

Take a deep breath out and feel a depth of the earth.

Breathing in.

I strongly believe that everything is possible.

Breathing out.

I believe that everything is possible.

Breathing in.

I feel that everything is possible.

Breathing out.

I strongly believe that everything is possible.

Breathing in.

I feel the flow of the water.

Breathing out.

I feel warmth spreading inside.

Take even deeper breath in and feel yourself so alive.

And take a very deep breath in toward the earth.

Toward the space.

And feel the depth of the earth.

Breathing in.

Feel the water flowing inside.

And the swarm of fire drawing us from the past.

Take a deep breath in.

I feel so alive.

Breathing out.

I feel so alive.

Keep your eyes closed.

And just imagine a glowing yellow light in your belly spreading all the way toward your body inside.

Watch it grow.

Watch it grow.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

I feel the flow of the water.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Breathing in.

Take a deep breath in.

And silently repeat.

From earth to water to fire.

I grow in strength.

I feel my power raising from my guts.

Descending from my visions.

And releasing dust from the past.

And again.

Take a deep breath in.

From earth to water to fire.

And let's take one more.
