This track is somewhere between a meditation,
An invitation,
And an invocation.
Get comfy,
Sit down,
Settle,
Open yourself to receive,
Palms up,
Chest open,
Maybe chin slightly raised.
Be willing to let life come towards you.
I'm here to remind you that you are magic.
To remind you to come back to that which lights you up and sets your soul ablaze.
To remind you to come back home to your soul self.
To take a moment here and now to drop into yourself.
To come close to yourself.
To deepen your breath.
And soften your gaze.
And open up to the experience of being here right in this moment.
Our attention is a gift.
We can gift ourselves our own presence.
Take the time to call ourselves home to collect ourselves.
To bring all the parts of our scattered attention home here to the heart.
Turn away from the screens and the to-do lists and all the voices that call for you and come home here to your heart.
It is time to re-enchant yourself.
To come home to your own body,
Sitting and settling.
To soften down.
To feel your own life force energy in your body.
This subtle sense of aliveness,
As the breath enters and leaves your body.
We can be so enriched by our own attention.
We can tend our own flame and our own fire by simply sitting here with ourselves coming in close.
I want to remind you that you're needed here on this planet.
That we need your light burning bright.
We need your guidance.
We need you trusting in yourself and the wisdom within you.
We need you being passionate about that which lights you up.
Not depleted and running around with little to give.
Know that this gift of this time of coming home to yourself serves all of us.
Know that tending to your own soul garden supports the whole,
Supports the collective.
Feel your body settling some.
Your thoughts slowing.
Your nervous system coming into a state of regulation.
Feel less caffeine and more care in your body.
The way that your heart opens when you give it time.
Give yourself space.
Give yourself presence.
Drink deep of these few minutes of quiet time with yourself.
Surrender into this stillness.
Come home to your heart.
Feel the gift of the life force that is you.
All of our lives go through circles and cycles.
We have times of more and less energy.
Yet each time we sit quietly with ourselves,
We're tending our inner light.
We're tending our heart.
It can be scary to come in close.
So often we run around trying not to feel what it is that we're feeling.
There's so much uncertainty in the world and it can be hard to sit still and be present with all of it.
Know that you do not have to take on all of this at once.
You're simply creating a safe place inside of yourself.
Body breathing.
Mind stilling.
Heart settling.
Practicing a very short pause place in your day.
Drink deep of these few minutes.
May this short session pick you up and pep you up.
As you meet this place of presence inside yourself,
Know that it is always available.
Know that you can always come home to your own heart.
That you've always got yourself and can give yourself the gift of your own attention.
Know that simply sitting with yourself nourishes something.
Tends something.
Mends something.
Heals something.
Brings hope.
